Ages . We have brilliant weather . Cafe food was very good the farm was open two days and the activity’s were very good 😊 the horses very well kept . Ten mins from a very beautiful beach sandy beach.

The owners were so friendly- Enid is such a lovely lady - telling me the history of the farm and how its been in her family for 175 years. Great little cafe dies breakfast and lunches. Sells a few different bottles of cider- we tried the 'Bone Shaker' which was very nice.
The field had spacious pitches and beautiful views. Couple of showers and toilets- basic but adequate- plenty of hot water.No me gustó: –

Our first time camping and had a blast watching the horses and taking out little boy round the farm/playground. Adele took us to the pitches and was a huge help for our whole stay thank you so much! Lovely lady in the reception/cafe area will definitely return! Facilities were nice and clean.

This booking never actually stayed and as we are pay on arrival campsite no money was paid to us. Therefore, I'm at a loss to see how this reviewer can comment as us not offering VFM having not paid to stay or pitched up or used any of the facilities.
This booking appears to have been made without due diligence. The campsite is open 7 days a week Easter to October. However, Dyfed Shire Horse Farm is not open on Saturday and this is made clear on the farm website. We cannot be held responsible if someone makes a booking without checking on farm opening times and if it was of such importance I would have expected this to have occurred. We wish you well camping elsewhere where you will probably pay more and be offered less.

No me gustó: Poor facilities and management of the campsite. It needs new energy, toilets and showers.
We certainly agree that we offer something different with our Shire Horses. However, you have given no context to you visit other than mentioning our toilets/showers some of which were only constructed a few years ago. I am very happy with my energy levels and we feel we offer a value for money campsite which the vast majority agree with but clearly you do not and that is fine. We wish you well camping elsewhere.

No me gustó: Poor toilet and shower facilities - one of the reasons we didn’t end up staying. We weren’t prepared to let our children use such run down and dirty facilities. No outdoor play equipment as advertised and the play barn was extremely run down. No one around to speak to either.
Thanks for your review but we do not recall you raising any concern when with us. All guests normally pay at reception on arrival & are given a guest information sheet & map. We do not offer a "speaking" service but we are available to raise any concerns & our information sheet has mobile numbers to make contact. All toilets are checked regularly. All we ask is if there is an issue then let us know at the time. We feel we offer a VFM campsite with an authentic farm experience. Entry to Dyfed Shires is included in the price. We accept we are not for everyone & we are fine with that. If you want bigger, better, newer etc the the reality is you will have to pay more and we wish you well camping elsewhere.
