Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: Nice quiet location but still within 15 minute drive of town. The pod was warm and spacious. We had good phone signal and was even able to put Netflix on for the kids in the evening
No me gustó: The bed was a bit worn and tired so not the most comfortable sleep but when I fed this back the staff were attentive and helpful. There was a lot of potholes on some of the tracks around the site and the play park was very waterlogged but the weather had been very wet
It is lovely to hear you enjoyed your stay in our warm and spacious glamping pod and its great the kids were able to relax with Netflix too. Thank you for sharing your review, it means a lot to us.

I had dinner in the restaurant on Friday and did the quiz on Saturday and everyone was very friendly although the manager of the bar and restaurant was a bit loud .i will be back .

The pitches was Spacious.
Dog poo bins everywhere and didn't smell.
Bar did good quiz nights and bingo.
Reception was very helpful about the local area.No me gustó: Pot hole on every road, wasn't nice driving or walking.
The angle of the speed bumps wasn't good, so when towing the caravan it was hard with the pot holes and the speed humps.

No me gustó: The roads around the park have got massive pot holes that looked like a building site. They had to tow our caravan in and out because in front of the hardstanding was grass areas that were like a bog and because of the pot holes it knocked the glass off the top of the cooker and the end of the kitchen tap off. Our hardstanding pitch was flooded and when we asked to move we were told there was no more pitches but there was three hardstanding pitches in the same field that were not flooded and not used all weekend. We will not be going back there again with our tourer and we think anybody thinking of taking there tourer there should seriously look into it.
Thank you for leaving feedback for your stay with us. We are, of course, sorry you were disappointed with your stay due to the extreme wet weather and muddy conditions. Following on from points raised about the potholes, we can confirm the roads around park have been resurfaced. We are sincerely sorry that you did not enjoy the stay you anticipated, and do hope you will give us a second chance and return to Castle Brake in the future.
