All the staff were always smiling, shame about the weather :)No me gustó: the gardening vehicle was driving round a little fast, especially with little ones.

Showers and bathroom area was lovely and warm, whilst plenty of hot water and able to regulate from source, which was a great bonus. Free hairdryer too, another surprise. Site was lovely with easy access to everything. Great for walking.

No me gustó: Drive carefully through the park, the access roads have large potholes. You’ll probably need levelling ramps on the touring pitches.

Due to the heavy rainfall, this deteriorated the conditions of our roads. They are now being resurfaced for a smoother drive through our park.

grass very long, you'd think b4 they opened they would have cut or even strimmed the grass, the water tap was hanging
Many thanks for leaving us a review from your recent touring stay, we do so wish that the weather had been kinder for our guests for the beginning of the season, we have experienced an unprecedented amount of heavy rainfall and as such this has made touring conditions even more un-predictable. We are sorry that due to the weather we were unable to attend to cutting the grass
The resurfacing work of the road in to and around the park is imminent, as you can imagine from the volume of rain we have experienced this has impacted somewhat on a start date for this planned work. We do hope to see you back at Castle Brake in the summer months when we hope to all be basking in the warmth of the glorious Devon sunshine
