No me gustó: Showers & toilets filthy! Shower tray in ladies blocked with huge hair ball resulting in standing in water with everyone else’s dirty water. Floors manky. Hugely lets down this site.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're so sorry to hear you weren't able to enjoy your visit.
We ensure we clean the facilities daily, but unfortunately during your stay we had some guests treat the toilets and showers in a very disrespectful way during the evening, leaving both in a bad state for our other guests.
We were not aware of this until we arrived to clean the toilets the following morning. Our contact details are available in the facilities and in the site entrance, if you had contacted us we would have been happy to come and unblock the showers and address that other issues.

Quietness generally as we have stayed twice now apart from one early morning wake up from some fellow campers having a bit of a tiff.
Cleanliness is great, showers not ultra modern but adequate. Toilets kept clean.
We like the site as it is very handy for touring the area and we love some of the local farm shops such as Greendale and Darts FarmNo me gustó: Some noise from other campers overnight (unsure of reason)

Facilities basic but very clean. Limited number of showers / loos but never an issue for us.No me gustó: If your rig is large take care which route you get to the site. Roads are narrow for the last mile or so....just hope you don't meet a tractor coming the other way/

The showers worked very well and there’s laundry room with sinks and a washing machine/ tumble dryer. And there’s a washing up area as well. All well organised. A bus stops outside and a great central location. A very relaxing stay and will return asap.

Thank you for your review. Our shower units are less than one year old and panels were replaced this year. To achieve a more modern look which perhaps would be more aesthetically pleasing would require considerable expense and in turn an increase in pitch fee the result adding no benefit to the function offered. So not something we will be undertaking at this time. Above mirror lights can be switched on if additional assistance is required.
