No me gustó: Narrow lane if you access wrong way into site, WiFi was very weak,
We encourage guests to use directions on our website as sat nav can direct you via inappropriate routes. Wi Fi is currently undergoing some updating however it is a basic service for which we make no additional charge. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

Don't follow a sat nav.

Access to bus outside gate to Exmouth and Exeter is a big bonus. Site managers are very attentive to everyone's requirements and offer a warm welcome. Excellent location.
No me gustó: Tv reception is poor due to location but accessed the wifi and had 4G
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay. There is a strong TV signal to this area and some guests are more successful in receiving it than others so perhaps type and position of ariel are the problem.

No me gustó: The site definitely needs more toilets. The bins were always full with lots of flies around them. Smell from the farm was a little off putting.

We have 5 toilets which should be sufficient for a site of our size, but thank you for you thoughts.
The bins are collected regularly and providing guests do not use them for large items which should be taken home or to a recycling centre there should be adequate space. Flies indeed can be a nuisance during spells of hot weather.
As we are described as a working farm the aroma should not be unexpected..

Plot was amazing! Large and enclosed and we had a lovely space for our child to run around safely:Overall the site was lovely, well maintained, small and peaceful.
No me gustó: Nothing really to be picky the showers were not that powerful but that’s really trying to find fault - the facilities were clean and tidy, nothing seemed too much for the staff it was just all round a great visit and would love return:

No me gustó: Toilets and showers were clean although limited
