Lovely quiet site. Clean facilities. This was our second stay as caravan owners and our second stay at Browns farm. Our first stay was with our children and we returned this time for a quiet weekend without the children. We will return again.

Small site on a working farm. Good size pitches. Super friendly owner. Toilets/showers clean and tidy. Nice walk down to the pub in the village!

Lack of signage from main road of how to avoid tiny lanes.

Shower room was freezing.
Didn't see much of the owners at all.

Dogs off their leads running around the place by campers

The showers were always hot.
Fairly quiet location and plenty room around your plot.
Farmer always on call.
Toilets discreet and clean. Hairdryer worked well.
Plenty place to wash dishes.
Easy access to Exeter.
Loads of information up on wall.
Good working washing machine and dryer available.

Dirty mop. I tried to clean the shower room but to no avail. Understandably with heavy rain people brought in muddy shoes as I did, but it would have been nice if the mop was clean.
Road worker did washing in machine with heavy duty muddy outer clothes which left debris in the washing machine as well as dryer. I felt sorry for the farmer that beautiful machines were used for that.

Lovely pretty site on farmyard on edge of pretty Devon village 10 minutes from Exeter, with spacious pitches, clean toilets and welcoming owner. 10 minute walk to the excellent Diggers Rest, a traditional thatched Devonshire pub serving excellent food and real ales.

Everything ! Ace site very convenient so much to do and see within a short distance. Well kept site owners hard working nice views
