Liked Great little site, helpful staff.nice novelty being able to stay in a double decker bus. Hottub was pre heated for our arrival , which was very helpful.

Disliked The bus could do with some sprucing up , curtain in the back bedroom was ripped and did not close properly and as a family of 5 visiting there wasnt enough cutlery for us all no sheetpans for the oven , no spatula. Odd cups and only one wine glass, the windows were filthy which was disappointing because the view was lovely. Small things that would make a huge difference.

We’ve already ordered a full replacement set for the dining bits (cutlery, glasses, pans etc.), and we’ll be making new curtains tomorrow so there’s no repeat of that issue. We’ll also make sure the windows are properly sorted — no point having a view like that if you can’t see it. Liked Lovely little well maintained secure site , the facilities were good and clean. A nice touch having music playing in the kitchen and bathrooms. The site it's self is easily accessible and not far from the M6 and very close to Greenlands farm village Where they have mini golf and lots of other activities.

Disliked The main area near the pitches isn't well lit like the facilities , a torch is needed to get there. Our morning was ruined by another guest smoking cannabis , not what I was my child smelling.

You advised us of guests in our no smoking glamping pods smoking and I was on site within 30 mins to advise the guests that smoking cannabis was nor permitted and they were advised they would have to leave the park where carrying out such behaviour etc. Instances of this nature are very rare although we appreciate this is not nice to be around etc.

Liked Nice little site with easy access to the designer outlet and York city centre.

From the manager: Great to read you enjoyed our location, as you say it is so handy for York - the local bus is a great option, with a bus passing by 7 days a week from earlty til late. We always want our guests to know all about our site before their stay and so we advertise our amenities - electric hook up, grey and waste disposal points and fresh water supply. We have some great local walks and cycle tracks nearby in our peaceful rural setting - ideal for a city break in a rural setting. Delighted to read you would recommend us to friends and stay again - hope we can welcome you in 2026 :)

Liked Lovely little site , able to pick your own pitch. Lovely view of the reservoir and there are friendly horses and goats on site to interact with.

Liked Great weekend stay at Falls park, great location perfect for the Ingleton falls trail whichbis accessible from the site. Nice clean modern facilities and shop on site. Pitches are a good size with electric and water close by.

Disliked Not a lot to dislike , one small thing is the lack of showerhead and unable to control the temperature so had a very hot shower overall a very small inconvenience.

Disliked The freezer was very small for the number of guests on site and unfortunately due to other guests putting food items in the freezer my ice packs for the cool box did not refreeze.
