Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Clean, tidy and easy walk into Ingoldmels about 10 minutes, where there is shops, takeaways. Further down the main road is Fantasy Island and the beach. Friendly. Everything on site that you need.Lee is extremely helpful.
Disliked My fault as booked a standard pitch so no water. I assumed there was a tap. Lee bought a hose pipe as ours wasn't long enough to reach the water fire point. Pitch 7 & 8 are used as a cut through to the shower block so can feel not very private.

Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Everything. Fishing pond. Rescue animals. Ducks, geese, rabbits, guinea pig, chickens, alpaca, goats, pigs, Highland cow, donkeys, sheep, pony.I think that is about it!! Showers and toilets, inside and outside washing up area. Children's play area. Small gift shop and a shop that has beer for sale, toys and other things you may need. A fishing hire shop. You can hire a fire pit and get logs and kindling. Also a cafe that does full English breakfast or just a tea or coffee and a snack. Bacon or sausage butties, ice lollies. Josie and Ian are very friendly and approachable. When we were there someone came to shear the sheep and we was able to watch. We stayed on a grass pitch which was pretty level although we did have to use the chocks. It was none electric but that wasn't a problem.

Liked Great place for adults and kids. Loads of rescue animals and a couple of loose pigs who are very friendly and will come up to you. They stole someone's french stick and went running of with it. There are pigs, geese, ducks chickens, donkeys, horses, alpacas, goats and more, and a small fishing pond.
We were on the wild camping part which was a first for us not to having not done it before but it was fine. There are 2 showers and 4 toilets which are pressure washed daily. There is a washing up area, a chemical toilet disposable and rubbish recycling.
There is a well stocked shop, gift shop and small tackle shop. Josie and Ian are very friendly and Josie cooks breakfast between 9-10.30 very nice too.
You can pay as you go along or write everything down and settle up before you leave.
There are forest walks and a pub about 1 1/2 miles away.
All in all a great place.
Disliked Only criticism maybe have some squeegee's in the shower area to get rid of the sand before you get in the shower. Otherwise nothing.

Liked Lovely site very well looked after and Danny very helpful. Toilets were clean and tidy. Set in beautiful countryside with its own pub on site, although we left a day to early to be able to use it. Walked into Wainfleet all saints along the the river foot path took about just over an hour.
Disliked Not anything really.

From the manager: Thank you for your comments, We have 2 showers on site one of which has just been put in. We come under the E/L district council conditions of site licence of which state sites of up to 30 pitches only need 2 showers and as we have 10 pitch we feel 2 shower are plenty. We take you thoughts on board and will monitor. Mick and Sheila
