From the manager: Thank you for your review, John. We are sorry to hear you felt so negatively about your stay, although we do need to put a few points into context. This was a September weekend. While the touring pitches were full, the park as a whole was only around 50% occupied. If the site felt overcrowded to you at that level, then Crows Nest may simply not be the right type of park for what you are looking for. Our touring pitches are shown clearly in the photographs before booking, including their size, layout and proximity to neighbouring pitches, so there should be no surprises on arrival. You have also described the site as noisy, but we received no noise complaints at all over the weekend. Had there been a specific disturbance, we would have expected it to be reported at the time so that we could investigate and deal with it. The toilet and shower facilities are cleaned and checked regularly, and we are sorry if they were not as you expected when you used them. We appreciate that not every park will suit every guest, but an overall score of 1 out of 10 for a site operating at around half capacity, with no reported noise issues and pitches presented as advertised, does feel extremely harsh.

Liked Everything , even though the first electric hookup didn’t work they were very quick to move us , and a very good on site restaurant
