Liked Location was fantastic, great for paddleboarding and walking to pooley bridge Lovely quiet site Everyone kept dogs on leads

Disliked Family next door who started very loudly packing up at 6am and constantly had visitors coming to their pitch Paid for WiFi, stopped working after 1 day (was refunded)

Liked Facilities on site great. Amazing carvery Loved the farm First time booking a grass pitch, so much easier putting up awning

Disliked We were on a pitch closest to road, had read reviews so were prepared for this. Didn't feel we could walk round the lake with it having a barrier (which was a shame) Internet not great, luckily warm weather and son forgot to take his tablet anyway 🤣 Lots of dogs off lead Neighbours coming onto our pitch, Neighbour decided to take a snooze infront of our caravan wrapped in a blanket, my little boy didn't see her and nearly hit her with a ball.

We understand that pitches closer to the A66 can experience road noise, and we're glad you were prepared for this before your visit. We're sorry to hear that the barrier around the lake made you feel unable to explore that area, and we'll take this feedback on board when reviewing our signage and access information.
