Liked Clean level pitches , great view overlooking the lake reasonably quite, great pub attached with great staff and good honest food agree with others that it is still developing

Disliked Not hot water to was up also no cover over tha washing up sink

Disliked Dogs not on leads wandering around the site

Liked Big pitches all services provided generally a clean and tidy site, lovely modern shower/toilet facilities, the owner was friendly, the site had a short cut too the river Lune with it’s great accessibility to the river walk from Glasson Dock to Lancaster , we liked that shops and cafe at Glasson Dock we also like the Stork pub at Conder Green 10 min walk from campsite a shorter walk was the garden centre with a great cafe great cakes breakfast and lunches

Disliked No WiFi as phone signal not great but does not detract from the experience

Liked Quite peaceful site not to big clean facilities tidy site great WiFI great value, big pitches not allocated pick your own if it free
