Liked Very warm and polite staff on arrival. The pitch was well looked after and was flat. Wi-Fi good but no internet for streaming on fire stick.club had bingo on Friday evening and it was packed great night.nothing on Saturday night hand full of people so played pool and darts. Swimming pool was great, lovely and warm.wet room showers next to the pool were great,very clean could do with a mirror. Five minute walk to the sea front,all you need sea pizza ice cream groceries.half hour walk to the airfield museum and cafe very interesting.will be back.

Disliked Internet. Mirror in shower room. Not a dislike but a possible thing to look at. Going home . The wind.

Disliked I’m sure with the size of the cafe they could find a place for a shop and something that sells draught beers not bottles .it was very busy in there why not take advantage .toilets were fantastic till you had a shower I pressed the button at least 20times and it was still cold brr Wi-Fi ok on phone but not on tv

Liked Clean and hot showers spacious well looked after pitches, staff very friendly and helpful.

Disliked WiFi but new hubs being fitted while we're there. Always look for a Pub on site prior to booking but it was closed. Shouldn't be advertised. Shower great but did not work on the 1 day.

From the manager: Hi Graham, Firstly thank you for your 7 star review, I’m sorry to read that you wouldn’t return to Cranberry Moss due to the bar not being open. Unfortunately due to being a small & friendly caravan park it isn’t financially viable to open the bar out of season as we don’t have enough footfall through the door, the bar will next be open at easter. Also I am sorry about the shower issue which was resolved within 30 minutes of being notified. The fuse had blown on the boiler which I would like to add was sorted straight away. Also your comment about no signs for the chemical toilet / elsan point shocks me due to this is something I told you about on checkin where everything was. And the sign on the door to the chemical toilet point couldn’t be any bigger. Regarding the WiFi, you could clearly see that we were having the new WiFi system fitted during your visit as this is something you have stated. May I add top of the range starlink WiFi with pod points around the park for the best WiFi connection for our customers ! Many thanks Ash & Az

Liked Everything nice peaceful site. Nice pub with snooker table and darts. Clean toilets and hot shower. Flat pitch. Beautiful views. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends

Disliked Nothing. Not a criticism but could have some touches to maintainance. Ie locks on toilets water taps not working properly outside benches painting. This is nothing compared to the overall place. It's great.
