Condition and size of pitches all good. Lots of activities to choose if you wished. Bar and restaurant. lots of walking in very green surroundings. Staff very helpful and friendly.

No heating in toilet and shower blocks. But very hot water so did compensate.

Sorry only thing was water and loos were close.

We were told on Friday pizza on Saturday. Checked Saturday pm pizza off. No decent food on site. Terrible pot holes on entering site. Map not very clear regarding footpaths to lake.no hot water in mens taps. Entertainment expensive.

Amazing weekend at Marwell activity resort! Friendly staff & great facilities. The site has so much to offer for us as a family with 2 children aged 6 & 7. It was my first visit and we made use of the park on site, crazy golf course and the woodland activity course. We had fantastic weather therefore didn’t need to make use of anything else but I was pleased to see an indoor soft play for rainy stays and a fab restaurant. The toilets & showers were clean & spacious. I think you get fantastic value for money here & will be back next year for sure. Thank you Digby & team!

Plenty of space.

After all the families left in early September the reception was closed and some water pipes were turned off. The wastewater was not maintained and was about to overflow on the day we left (2 days earlier than booked). Big dislikes - sink taps too fierce showering the torso if you stand too close. Toilet/shower block lights go off after about 4 minutes and the sensor is in the centre of the room so if the site is quiet or at night, take a torch. No shop. Disabled toilet/shower room was disgraceful. Washing up facilities not cleaned. Activities only open at the weekend. Restaurant & bar closes at 5.30 & 3.30 on Wednesdays. Very expensive (£48 per night) for the lack of facilities. No trip on individual electrics for tents & cables laying in wet grass. Safety concern. Would not recommend.

Great staff, lovely food, good walks and quiet sight which is great for star gazing.

Our first visit even though the weather could have been better, enjoyed our stay, impressed with the amount to do on site, highlight was watching a Owl flying near us hunting

Shop was shut as not in season, however local shops only down the road, so no major problem

The facilities were cleaned regularly, the option of doing lots of different activities or going old school football, rounders ect. Staff very friendly and happy to help with any queries.

Crazy golf and soft play (you have to pay for these)

really like this site normally, but didn’t realise the season ends at the beginning of September and so the shop was shut and restaurant closed at 6.30. There was also clay pigeon shooting all day which was very noisy and scared my little boy.

Beautiful natural place wanted something a little local for a short weekend but still feeling like you were away and this certainly felt like this liked the little bar didn’t have my grand children but was so impressed with all available I booked up to take them there they will love it !!
Yes the showers got a bit muddy but yr in the woods what do you expect
It is a little pricey for what it is but I am going back

Pot holes on the road in and out could be sorted
Maybe less water pressure on sinks in toilets so you don’t get soaked
Could do with a vending machine if shop is shut for season
