The field we camped in had a big open space in the middle, ideal for games. Not far to the facilities. Showers and toilets were good and great to have the bar and food on site too. Lots of activities on offer. We played crazy golf - will save the others for next time.

Some of the toilets had no toilet paper late one evening but we just took some from the ones that did. The taps were very powerful and you couldn’t use them without getting splashed but more amusing than a problem.

The site was well maintained. Toilets & showers were very clean and the water was hot. The onsite restaurant was very nice, food very reasonable and very good. Plenty to do for all ages. Seemed to cater for everyone.

We would have liked to do the clay pigeon shooting as some of our party had not done that before but because of the noise some campers complained so they stopped it. To those I would say read activities available and if you don't like country sports pitch in the middle of a city.

Clean and large site with plenty for the kids to do and explore. Restaurant/pizza over and bar very nice with Friendly staff. Fire pit was a nice touch also. Quiet times helpful as kids always want to be up early! Ball games allowed and additional fields for games. Staff put on sprinklers for the kids!

Some cars came in a bit quick (kids flying about) and toilets and showers need a little more regular cleans but likely due to demand.

The children enjoyed the crazy golf.
There was a nice walk in the trees to cool down when the sun was too hot.

Tents crammed in like cattle - we felt like we were camping in a carpark.
Toilet facilities were unclean and not one soap dispenser had any soap in it.
The campsite states it's quiet by 10.30pm but there was loud drunken shouting until the early hours.
Dogs were meant to be kept on leads but we constantly had dogs raiding out camp.
Our electric pitch is so far away from the hook-up point that our extra long extension cord couldn't reach the tent.

Absolutely loved this site. Would be good for a trip with just adults. But perfect for children. So much for them to do. A walk round the lake, park, crazy golf, a walk through the woods with the agility course. And even more doe over 8s
The toilets and showers are clean.
