Facilities - clean toilets and showers, golf and park were good fun for the kids
Cafe / restaurant was really handy and food was tasty, great service too

Cars by the tents, it was like sleeping in a car park and spoilt the scenery / atmosphere.
Our pitch was covered in fag ends when we arrived.
Showers very hot or cold!
Woodland walk was nice but felt like the area was lacking care - dried up pond, kids play areas were old and needed some love

The staff were super friendly and very efficient. There was a lovely bar. The toilets and wash up areas were clean.

It wasn’t our cup of tea. We’re learning about different sites and have now discovered we don’t like ones that allow fire pits as it made our caravan smell and our clothes smell from the nearby residents with fires. This was advertised in advance though so is just a lesson for us really. It was also a bit too busy for us with children who go to bed a bit earlier (at 8:30-9pm in the holidays) as it was quite noisy till late. This doesn’t mean that it wouldn’t be nice for other people though. It was also a shame that the tree house had been condemned as I am certain my little boy would have loved this had it been operational. I would recommend the site to those without kids or for those with older kids.

Atmosphere in the bar area was great and facilities were well looked after, felt like options and activities were great if you have children it’s a great place lots to do for them.

Staff were arguing at the bar which was a bit of a downer on a great evening that hosted. Unfortunately I had to leave early too due to emergency and haven’t got anything for it :/

Nice relaxed feeling to the site yet it seemed safe and children were able to run around quite happily. Fishing was great and the restaurant was amazing service we also had water on our pitch which is always good..

This is our 5th visit to the site, fantastic location, live music and pizza Saturday night is really good, food in the restaurant is lovely liked the little shop now staffed for the summer, we had missed this on other visits,

Showers are normally really good, this time a full lack of hot water maybe due to the site being booked up, but cold showers are not fun when pregnant, only time water was truly warm was silly time in the morning or on Monday when everyone is leaving. Probably could do with a few more cleans when site is full

Everything! I was so grateful that they managed to have us all grouped together (5 families ages 3-83). We all love coming to the site, it was our second time and we'll be coming back for many years now we've found a site we can trust, feel safe at, and know how well kept it is. We especially love being able to have a campfire! They even created an extra electric hookup point for us. And a tv was put up outside the bar for the Women's Euro 25 Final which we all loved! Above and beyond.

The cold showers and non-working showers at time - however, as soon as we let them know each time they got on to fixing them.

Well organised place with clean toilets all the time. Very friendly staff.

Loved our stay here, great resort, lovely bar and restaurant with good food and fun entertainment! Would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family

Only dislike was the toilets, they could do with a bit of a refurb but were kept pretty clean so weren’t too bad.

Showers have mould on tiles and ceiling.
I left toothpaste in a sink on purpose in the family / disabled bathroom and it was still there 24 hours later so clearly wasn’t cleaned!

We checked in, it’s meant to be an activity resort, no activities were offered or advised, we then went for a walk around and it’s all looking very tired and old. Sales pitch, do you want to take part in any of our activities etc etc. but nothing other than, here’s your pitch.

Photos of the site need to be updated on both PitchUp and their own website. It’s clear these were taken years ago as it looks fresh and exciting when in reality it’s the worse camp site we have been to.

Claims dogs meant to be on leads yet they were running around with one of our party walking in Dog Poo, not just the resorts fault but the owners, if it says kept on a lead don’t let them run around!

Noise levels at night time not picked up with no night walkers. First night big group of 30 rowdy going at it at 1am and nothing. 10:30 it says online.

We liked the allocated space and parking for our tent, and layout of the whole park, lovely bar / social area , and play park for the kids, staff were very friendly

The men’s shower block never ever had any hot water and at times never had running water, this was the same for the washing up sinks, very poor
