Disliked: On the touring pitches although there is a grass area you have to out your awning on gravel. Not ideal when you have a floored awning.
Pitch 1 has very little grass and is in the shade so chilly come the afternoon. Not the end of the world but worth a mention

Just to mention that the reason we ask for the awnings to be on the Hard standing is for two reasons: Firstly because these pitches are used every day with no rest days for the grass to recover. This means that every time a new person stays they are greeted with nice green grass instead of looking a a horrible yellow patch from the previous peoples awnings. Secondly we need to have a clear 3 meter space between each pitch which is part of the grass between the pitches. We are pleased that this wouldn't put you off returning. Liked: Wow, what can we say!? The couple we met running things, Leigh and David, were amazing! They were so helpful and friendly, and they work so hard to look after the place.
An absolutely pristine little site, with well kept facilities, absoulye gem of a place and we can't wait to be back soon!
As a little suggestion, as there are a lot of dogs that stay, and there is a secure dog park on site, perhaps installing a dog wash area would be a nice addition? And perhaps a microwave for The Bothy?
Disliked: Genuinely nothing, this place is almost perfect.

Liked: This is our 3rd visit to this site, We find it is a lovely quiet spotlessly clean and well maintained.
The toilet block is spotlessly clean, and is checked several times a day.
the wardens run the site very efficiently are very friendly and will bend over backwards to help you.
And a bus stop [request] outside the entrance.Disliked: nothing

Liked: The hosts were really friendly and very helpful. The site itself is well planned out with a spotlessly clean central shower and toilet block and refuse disposal was by the entrance so the site was very well kept.
Pitching the caravan was very easy but unfortunately for us the water / grey waste drain were at the back / left of the caravan so unfortunately our grey hose didn't reach. Not a site issue, but next time I think we will include a grey hose extension to be on the safe side.
All in all we were very pleased with the site, the owners should be very proud.Disliked: As others have mentioned, the only drawback is the main road which is literally 15 feet away from the site. Most traffic wasn't too bad but there are plenty of bikers in the area that think the stretch of road is their own personal Brands Hatch. That wouldn't stop us from returning though.
One suggestion please - the show head in the disabled shower room does not fit the holder and immediately spins to the wall so it has to be held in my hand.
