Liked: Site was good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Mainly clean.

Disliked: Unfortunately about 11unrudely travellers in site made others and us feel very uneasy. Sunday they were very rude to staff and others on site in tern was unable to have a drink at the bar because staff were forced to close very early due to the travellers being rude etc.

Liked: The pitch was a good size, facilities were very clean. Lovely pool. Within walking distance of town, beach and supermaket. Friendly, helpful reception and grounds staff. Choose yoor own pitch, relaxed atmosphere on site.

Liked: Le calme, la propreté des lieux, les sanitaires impeccablement entretenus . Évidemment c'est début avril. Il y a moins de monde. Bref c était parfait! La situation en pleine ville, où tout était possible à pied, la plage, les magasins, le marché! Bref, nous reviendrons!!!

Liked: Great location,near to shop bars and the sea

Disliked: Camp site needed tidy up ,which was underway,so we had a little more noise in the day time but with it been in a city location it became a race track at night

Liked: Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Sprechen sehr gut englisch. Die Parzellen sind sehr groß. Die Lage ist super , schnell in der Stadt und zum Strand👍☀️ Am Platz kleines Restaurant um Brot zu kaufen

Disliked: Sanitäranlagen alt , besonders der Spülbereich , Wasserhähne sehr verkalkt , könnte mit Zitrone schnell gereinigt werden

Local attractions

With 14 kilometres of beaches in the immediate area to take your pick from, you should be sorted in the way of beach days. After a spot away from the crowds? Platja de Canyelles (50 minutes’ walk) is a peaceful spot to get in some snorkelling. Take a breather at the small, quiet cove Cala Treumal (55 minutes) too. Those who are feeling a little more energetic can take on volleyball at Santa Cristina Beach (55 minutes), which has views of the Ermita Santa Cristina hilltop chapel, or swim or snorkel in the sea water at Platja de sa Boadella (40 minutes). Cala Bona (15 minutes’ drive), a small fishing town with a cute cove, and Tossa de Mar (20 minutes), a lively resort town popular for scuba divers, are some other sweet options. Sometimes the kids want an extra helping of action, even with all the beaches around. Water World Parc (20 minutes’ walk) has plenty of waterslides for such antics and Marineland Catalunya (20 minutes’ drive) has more pools and slides, along with bird and dolphin shows.

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Changes to your holiday

Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Entertainment and activities are available between 23/06 and 30/08.

Hired accommodation

Hired accommodation: €150,00 (R3 013,89) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Hired accommodation

No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..

Dogs

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Visitors

Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Hired accommodation

Your unit must be left clean and tidy, a fine of €50,00 (R1 004,63) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
