On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

Extras

• Facilities/activities including water sports and surfing equipment hire are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €100,00 (R2 019,82) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between midnight and 8 a.m..

General

• Protective masks must be worn at all times in common areas.
• Quiet hours must be respected between midnight and 8 a.m..

Reception

• Reception is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. between 15/01 and 14/07 and between 01/09 and 15/12.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. between 15/07 and 31/08.

General

• Refunds within the indicated cancelation period are only possible if the park is able to relet your unit/site.
• The bar and/or restaurant is open between 31/03 et 15/10.
• The bar is open between 31/03 and 15/10.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Dogs

• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

Vehicles

• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by midnight.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Dogs

• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy, a fine of €100,00 (R2 019,82) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
