On the outskirts of the historic town of Sotuta de Peón, this spot will soon become your favourite refuge, a place where you can escape routine, disconnect from the world and enjoy utter peace without the distraction of kids running around. Your accommodation? Various adjectives, ranging from ‘spectacular’ to ‘sublime’ spring to mind, for you will stay in stylishly appointed and devilishly comfortable safari tents designed by Mexican artists in a contemporary style. Each has leafy garden views through floor-to-ceiling windows, bespoke wooden furniture and cool ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. King-size beds, ample storage and plenty of living and dining space come as standard. And when you step on to your private decking, solar-heated plunge pools and palm-tree-lined gardens are there for your downtime.
