Liked: It was so quiet and peaceful. Facilities were clean and tidy. We were told to ‘pitch anywhere’ as long as it wasn’t too close to anyone else - how refreshing is that! I know it was early in the season but I believe this is the owner’s mantra. We also enjoyed the visit of the sheep in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Liked: on ne peut que aimer car c'est paisible calme tout ce que l'on attend pour ce déconnecter de la ville et propriétaire très accueillant rien à dire. entendre le champ des oiseaux au top.

Liked: Stayed May 23 . Originally booked for 1 night, but stayed 2. So peaceful, fabulous views, enjoyed a walk around the area, sure there are lots more. Can choose where to pitch, showers hot but basic. No toilet paper in the toilets. Owners very friendly.

Liked: Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and warm and welcoming hosts. A welcome night’s rest in the pretty Dordogne for us and our van and electric bikes on our way down to Spain. We enjoyed a lovely bike ride around nearby Bergerac too.

Local attractions

Set off for Bergerac, 30 minutes’ drive away, for a setting by the Dordogne river, a handsome old town centre, acclaimed restaurants, independent shops and a big Saturday market. Perigueux (45 minutes) has even more to see, including the famed St. Front Cathedral (part of the World Heritage Sites of the Routes of Santiago de Compostela in France), and the Vesunna Gallo-Roman Museum in the Domus of Vesunna Roman villa and garden courtyard. The area’s also famed for its caves, including the UNESCO-listed caverns at Lascaux: a map is on site at Camping La Brugère with these and other attractions nearby.

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Dogs

A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
