Liked: Fabulous views and lots of space. The toilets and showers were spotless and the water in the showers good and hot. A single person discount. I would recommend this campsite if you want open spaces and views and don't mind that there is no wifi or customer service.
Disliked: The rubbish management was very poor. There was no bin for general rubbish or dog waste. The recycling bins were overflowing and stuff was blowing in the wind, including opened tins and thin plastic which could be harmful to wild-life. At no time did I meet the owner/warden/staff of the site, there was no welcome, no suggestion of where to stay, no checks after a really wet and windy day. With so few people staying this would have hardly been big challenge.

From the manager: Thank you for your comments. Glad to see that you explored the local area as each time I was at the camping site you were not at your pitch. We do have a very large enclosed skip with sliding doors for general waste which is sited alongside the recycling bins. Veola the company we have recently used to empty the recycling bins have been extremely poor with their service since April this year when new Welsh government regulations have come into force. Fortunately after numerous attempts we have been assured by Veola that they will be emptied on a regular basis which they have now done.

Liked: Clean facility block (unisex)- nice hot water in the showers View from the field Reasonable price compared to Gower sites with solo discount
Disliked: Very exposed to the wind. Take strong tent pegs! Only cold water in washing up area Overflowing recycling bins and no dog or general waste bin Never saw the owner in 5 days - had to phone on arrival for instructions on where to pitch. No WiFi
