Liked: Absolutely everything! The most magical camping site. Great facilities and stunning meadow pitches. We kept extending our stay and didn’t want to go home.
Disliked: No wifi on site - wasn’t a problem as there was good 5G coverage

Liked: Quiet, peaceful, homely site - the communal kitchen is a massive plus, with fridge, freezer, stove, kettle, charging points and two sinks. I also love the vibe of the place, with straw bale buildings, wild flower meadows and sense of community.

Liked: Lovely quiet spot with great views.. Nice hot showers, in door complex with lights and extractor. Pitch area was mown , but wild in between which gave separation to pitches. Kitchen if you need it. Plenty of different fields to find a spot that meets your needs. Very attentive manager gave a full tour, but then left me alone, so ideal in my book. Will go again.

Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sychpwll Centre. Seb and family were incredibly welcoming. Having access to a fully working kitchen made our lives much easier, hot water bottles filled and even came to the rescue when our camping gas ran out on the last day, meaning a dash across the camping field with par-cooked sausages to finish on the stove.
Disliked: My only dislike was the shower and toilet facilities whilst immaculate, were usually busy. However, this was out of Seb and family control as there was a large family reunion at the same time as our stay, meaning we had to time our showers and teeth brushing at quieter times. Maybe a few extra facilities would have been nice but again, not a dealbreaker!

Liked: Easy to find, good communication from the hosts and a friendly welcome. We booked last minute for a stop on our way home from the Lake District and couldn’t have hoped for a better place to spend the night - wish we’d have stayed longer! We had a tour from the hosts and their gorgeous dog on arrival and were lucky enough to be the only ones staying so had the place to ourselves and pick of the pitches. Lovely open space with cut outs in the grass to pitch up on. Very peaceful, few farm noises as to be expected. We didn’t explore much as was only a 1 night stop but looked to be some lovely walks from the camp as well as a river to kayak/canoe in. Also has a children’s play area. The toilets surprised us; for the price of the site and compared to others similar we expected very basic toilets but these were done out lovely, very clean and nicely decorated. Definitely keeping a note of this one to stay again!
