Liked: We had such an amazing time at Penuwch Inn Caravan and Camping. Such beautiful scenery, birds of prey flighing above the site and fresh eggs to buy. The toilet/shower facilities were always clean and the showers were hot and powerful with a push button to operate. We had a few nights in the bar (bottle and cans only) and opens till late. The owners, Nicky and Julian are so so friendly and welcoming. We loved that it was out the way from everything as we wanted to switch off and unwind. The closest shop is about 8miles down the road and there is also a pub, Chinese and kebab shop. (We had a Chinese on our last night and it was delicious) Will definitely be back in the future ❤️
Disliked: Not a dislike, but may be to others. No WiFi available. Signal was pretty good on the site anyway though.

Liked: Beautiful location with generous size Pitches. Small friendly touring Park . The owners are lovely and was really helpful. Little quirky pub which hopefully next time we will get to go to . Toilets was very clean and nice warm showers. Close to explore around the coast then come back to rural surroundings. Will Deffinatly be returning.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike about this hidden Gem. Only that we don't want any storm going through next time . Lol

Liked: Very clean and well kept site. Owner messaged me, to advise of alternative route. Friendly welcome. First time I've been on a pitch with electric meter. No issues. Didnt go over our allowance, so no extra cost. Nice little bar adjacent to pitches, Overall, good weekend.

Liked: Location was great for us to explore the area. The facilities were clean and the site very tidy. There's a pub on site which is run by the owners, selling canned and bottled drinks. We particularly enjoyed spending some time in the pub in the evening socialising with the other campers and the owners Nicky and Julian. The owners are fantastic! So friendly and welcoming, and giving us a few pointers of where to visit and eat out. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We were a family of three, with a 12 year old and 2 dogs. We all had a lovely time and would highly recommend this site.

Liked: The view
Disliked: Sloping pitch. Toilets not being cleaned regularly. Toilet rolls running out twice and taking days to replace. (Left before last roll refilled) no clothes washing sink. 'Hot' water only like warm (despite being only people on site so hot water not used up.) I believe for safety and compliance to H and S Hot water should be 60degrees to prevent Legionnaires bacteria Water was only like warm, not hot enough to wash dishes!

From the manager: Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you were so disappointed with your stay with us. I really can't understand why you never mentioned any of these problems to me as we spoke several times during your stay and I could have at least had the opportunity to sort them. On arrival we offered you a choice of pitches and "you chose" the sloping one which my husband helped you to set up. As for the toilets/showers - I can assure you they are cleaned and checked every day. The toilet roll did run out in the first toilet, which we replaced immediately after you called, but we do have 2 other separate toilets to choose from. Hot water is thermostatically set for health and safety reasons and unfortunately its an immersion heater system so occasionally you have to wait for it to heat up, which was explained to you on arrival and we did have 5 other pitches occupied during your stay.
