What customers say
This well-kept spot boasts spectacular Ben Nevis views, close to Fort William. Reviewers loved the clean, modern facilities, especially the showers, and the welcoming staff. River tent pitches were a big hit. Small gripes: shower timer length and patchy WiFi. Some campers noted noise during peak times. Highly recommended overall.
Summary AI-generated from Pitchup.com customer reviews

Very clean and modern site, good reception but slightly cramped camp.
Electric grass tent pitch
Liked Well maintained park, good reception, cafe and shop for those essential bits if you need them and a variety of meals. Toilets/showers very clean and modern, park has good lighting for the most part on a night.
Disliked For the hookup camping, the amount of pitches and spacing wasn’t very good. A few tents were pitched very close to mine due to lack of space, no privacy. Shower timers are around 10 seconds which seems excessively short.

Site staff were nice and friendly, facilities were kept clean.
Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Proximity to Fort William was good and of course Ben Nevis. Cafe/resteraunt on site was a welcome bonus and we had some great breakfasts there. Laundry facility on site
Disliked One small thing, the showers were nice and new but the control valves on the actual showers themselves are terrible, they need to be. Change them out please. pressed roughly evey 10 to 12 seconds and one of the showers I used barely supplied hot water no matter where the valve was set

Disliked Pitches not marked so we had multiple other campers setting up within 10 ft and blocking our ability to put the car next to tent.

Other than the toilet/shower block the site was ok
Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Nice views, friendly staff. Great breakfast and coffee. Pitches were level.
Disliked Showers were awful, literally lasted 7 seconds. No mops or squeegees so you could clean up aftee yourself. Alot of the hot taps in the sinks didn't work. Toilets were always dirty. Cafe advertised as being open till 9pm but wasn't.
