Electric optional hardstanding touring pitch

Liked: Peaceful site with good facilities.

Disliked: Hard standing was very narrow so we could not step out onto gravel. If it had been raining the ground would have been muddy. To get to the pub you have to cross a very busy main road.

Electric optional hardstanding touring pitch

Liked: Everything. Good hard standing with grass. Plenty of room. Quiet location but still near to main road so no tiny tracks. Good facilities with good shower blocks, I don't see why some moan about facilities as they are fine, it's a campsite not a five star hotel. Bonus points for us that although busy there were no kids on site lol. Rubbish area, elsan all clean etc. very dog friendly with a large safe dog walking field. Thanks.

Disliked: Nothing

Showers could do with an upgrade, but not too bad. Level pitches.

Electric optional hardstanding touring pitch

Liked: Amount of space on the pitch was good.

Disliked: Wifi only reaches first 2 closest pitches to reception, doesn't cost much to put wifi extenders in, although a notice in reception says extending wifi is being looked into. Looked like an old notice though.

Electric optional grass tent pitch

Liked: Really liked the shower design, plenty of hot water. Also especially liked the communication before we arrived, information online, and without the need to formally check-in - just go to our appointed pitch and there we are. Lovely site that I'd definitely recommend to others!
