Route directions

We are located on a very good, straight, unclassified road called the Bere Road, half way between Wareham and Bere Regis. From Poole (A351) or Dorchester (A352) On the north side of the railway line at Wareham follow the road signposted Bere Regis. Off second roundabout follow the Bere Road. Birchwood Tourist Park is the second Park along the road after 2 miles, being the first on the right hand side. From Dorchester (A35) or Wimborne (A31) From the Bere Regis roundabout at the Shell Petrol Garage, take the A35 exit sign posted towards Poole, at the next smaller roundabout take the first exit. Follow the road towards Poole for about a mile, and you will see a sign to Wareham pointing to the right. There is also a brown caravan sign. Turn right, onto Sugar Hill and follow the long straight road (Bere Road) for 3 miles, and we are the second Park, situated on the left just after you enter the forest. Public Transport: We are 2 miles away from Wareham Railway Station. There are no buses along the Bere Road, so a taxi or vehicle will be required. Directions from Wareham Railway Station, northern side by roundabout, follow Bere Road towards Bere Regis (unclassified); Birchwood Tourist Park is on the right hand side after 2 miles. A bus service is run past Wareham Train Station, the Morebus Breezer 40 from Poole to Swanage (via Corfe Castle).
