South Breazle Holidays is a small, family-run campsite set in Devon farmland. We are just a couple of miles away from beautiful Roadford Lake and only a short drive away from Dartmoor. South Breazle Holidays is ideally situated only three miles from the A30. The area in the centre of the campsite is purely kept for children to play. There is a fun fountain in the next field that is a great place to cool down on a summer's day. There is a modern shower block incorporating ladies, gents, family room and disabled room. All the showers are power showers they are well appointed giving you your own dry private changing area within the shower cubicle. Both areas have more basins with mirrors and shelving over. We have an under cover area for you to wash up and laundry facilities consisting of a commercial washing machine and dryer. We offer caravanning in Devon on our secluded campsite and caravan park only a short walk from Roadford Lake. With wonderful views of Dartmoor, it offers a well appointed shower block including a family and wheel chair accessible room. All of our pitches are serviced pitches offering water, 16amp hook-ups and grey drainage. We can offer a variety of full or part hard standings. The campsite offers full coverage free super fast WiFi. Large secure dog walking area available

Exit the A30 at Stowford Cross and follow the signs for Roadford Lake. At the top of the hill after about 1 mile (near the mobile phone mast) turn right, signposted to Bratton Clovelly. After about 2 miles, take the 2nd turning to the left signposted to Germansweek then we are the first farm lane on the right. Additional terms

Reception is unmanned after 9pm. Please call the site/park using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation email if you are arriving after this time. The team will then provide you with the relevant information about your unit/pitch.

By making a booking with us you have entered a contract in which you undertake on behalf of yourself and the people in your party (including children) to adopt the following standards of behaviour.

To act in a courteous and considerate manner towards us, our staff and other
guests.

To supervise children properly so that they are not a nuisance or a danger to
themselves or others.

At South Breazle Holidays our aim is for all our guests to enjoy their stay with us. We also have to consider the safety of all our guests. With these points and the smooth running of the site in mind, we have several terms and conditions that we ask our guests to agree to.

If you do not turn up and do not get in touch with us, then we reserve the right to let the pitch to someone else the day after your holiday was due to commence.

The wildlife at South Breazle is very important to us, and actively encouraged. We ask guests to respect this and with this in mind ask that no guest interfere with any nesting birds and that guests do not climb the trees. There is a large area of an adjoining field for children to play. The rest of the farm is a working farm and there is no public access.

Dogs must be kept on a lead under the control of a responsible adult at all times, except in the designated dog walking area, and must wear a collar with an identity tag. Dogs must be kept on the lead on the farm lane and at no time are they allowed on to neighbouring farm land. You must clean up after your pet at all times. Dog bins are provided.

Pets are not permitted in site facilities or on the main centre play field or on the fun fountain play field. Pets must not be left unattended on the site. If we think your pet is causing a nuisance or damage you will be required to remove it from the site.

No generators to be used on site.

Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Guests are reminded to respect their neighbour's privacy and to reduce noise levels accordingly in the evening.

No disposable barbecues to be lit or used on the ground, and no fires to be lit.

No Chinese lanterns or similar devices to be used on or near the site due fire risk and injury to animals.

The speed limit on the site is 5mph and 10mph on the farm lane. Please drive slowly.

All vehicles must conform to the Road Traffic Act and have current tax, MOT and insurance.

Do not drive on the grass when wet.

No refunds will be given due to adverse weather conditions, other situations out of our control, or if you are asked to leave for disregarding these terms and conditions.
