Liked: Liked the facilities, the surroundings and the location were lush. Good value for money and friendly staff/owners.

Disliked: I would have liked the serviced pitches to be away from the pitches that have families as we were woken up very early.

Liked: Lovely site, nice & peaceful. The pitches are very well layed out so your not on top of eachother. The toilet block is lovely & clean with plenty of toilets & showers. The site also has some very friendly farm cats who came to visit us every morning & evening.

Disliked: Asked for a quiet pitch if possible. We were put right next to the play park, which wasn't used majority of the week, however someone did decide that 10 pm was the best time to use it, not the sites fault, it does have opening times but no lock to enforce them.

Liked: Beautiful site and very friendly and helpful staff Toilets and showers were very modern and clean they even have a doggy shower Farm shop and cafe next door was lovely and they grow all sorts of mushrooms there and dog friendly as well - staff lovely Will definitely return to this site

Liked: This place is amazing. The park is immaculate with the best toilets (which smell amazing) and shower facilities I’ve ever used. The best hot shower I’ve had at a park. Staff are so lovely and if you are going to be late they do leave your pitch number on the door if reception is closed after hours. Number plate recognition barrier on arrival means it’s fuss free. Small shop onsite for essentials.

Disliked: No negatives about this park.

The site's fishing lake is well stocked with carp – just ask for Jim and he'll tell you all their names... Twelve Oaks Farm Caravan Park also lies halfway along the Templer Way Heritage Trail, a walking route that uses a mixture of rights of way, permissive routes and minor roads to link the seaside town of Teignmouth to Haytor on Dartmoor. The Stover Canal, which was once used to transport granite from the moors to the harbour, is also a short stroll from the park. The woodland, grassland, heathland, marsh and lake areas of the 114-acre Stover Country Park, designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest, is half an hour's walk away. The park has a visitor centre, an aerial walkway, a bird hide and picnic areas. Also running through the country park is the Stover Trail – a traffic-free cycling route that connects Newton Abbot to Bovey Tracey, extending towards Lustleigh and Moretonhampstead in Dartmoor National Park.

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 21 day(s) of arrival.

Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

The grocery shop is open between 01/07 et 31/08.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/05 et 30/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Dogs

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
This site does have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.
