- The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- American-style RVs are not permitted.

Spacious pitches & spotless facilities. Staff are fab & the beach is a short walk away. Food van's a bonus! Some grumbles about shower fees & distant noise, but generally lekker.

Liked A very warm welcome on arrival , well laid out campsite with excellent facilities . nice spacious pitches . Easy stroll to the warren for beach side activities. Bus stop right outside the gate for a day out to torquay teignmouth or dawlish. All you need for a peaceful relaxed holiday.

Disliked Dog walking? All adverts state 10 minutes to beach implying as fields but in fact footpath by the side of road ? Site facilities now bit dated showers 20p ? Why when the pitch is so expensive i will visit again but only Max two nights. Not enough to do on site!

Our second visit - no issues
Disliked Tip - take a dustpan and brush , not a reflection on the site , just the weather had dried the grass , which can get inside caravan / tent

Site facilities well kept and very clean
On site food kiosk
Location - walking distance to beach, bus stop and train station
Disliked Unfortunately you get a lot of noise from the neighbouring holiday parks nightly entertainment. No fault of the site but it was a bit of an irk.
toilet/wash facilities although kept extremely clean and in great condition are a little small for the number of people they have to serve.

We are always greateful the music stops at 22.30.

Liked Walking distance to Dawlish Warren and great location for other areas. The staff were friendly and helpful and the site was clean and looked after. 20p gave you 5 minutes for the shower which was plenty. There was also a cafe on site, which was reasonably priced and popular.
Disliked Very busy but was middle of Summer and is a lovely campsite so can completely understand why.
