Liked: We went there with our Tentbox roof tent. Such a lovely location. The toilets and showers were very clean. It was a plus that they had hot drinks and a variety a snacks to buy. The lady that accommodated us was so nice and friendly. We felt safe in there and Callestick village is lovely

Liked: Beautiful views and spacious pitches. The site was lovely and we had a brilliant 2 nights stay. The toilets were kept super clean and well stocked with toilet roll and the showers were lovely and hot. The site owners were friendly and welcoming and even offered us some chilli on our first night - much appreciated after 5 hours travelling with young children. The way the pitches are laid out, you get an uninterrupted view which is stunning. We rented a camp fire and brought logs on site and was also allowed to bbq. The site is in a fab location for exploring Cornwall, we went to Perranporth beach which was really close by car and a gorgeous dog friendly beach.
Disliked: Only thing missing for us personally was EHU. If there was electric we’d have happily stayed all week.

Liked: I absolutely loved staying here. I came down as a last minute decision and so glad I did. Emma and her family were so welcoming, the showers and loos were spotless and always topped up with loo roll. It was the best combination of feeling like you were wild camping, but with really good facilities and support if you needed - Emma offerss to help put up my tent and even lent ke an extra sleeping bag. I like that it was iverlooking the valley and not too busy. I had chilli in the evening that Emma had cooked up and brought to the camp, we sat round the fire and chatted and it was just lovely. And I had crepes and coffee from the crib box (Emma again 😅) in the morning. I camped on my own and felt safe and really looked after. Thank you Emma, I will definitely be back 😍

Liked: Very secluded, quiet, no noise from main roads, showers were great, toilets were always clean and well stocked. Bacon sandwich in the morning was delicious!
Disliked: The only thing is that on our last day the owner told us about a spare field she had to let our dog have a run, which was fabulous- just wish we would have known that sooner! Not really a dislike though. He loved running free!

Liked: Me and my fiancé stayed here with three of our friends, and a 5 year old and had a great experience! We were worried about having 3 tents between us and not being close together on the campsite, but it’s so spacious we all got to stay together and well out of the way of other campers. The toilets were always kept clean, the showers were hot and Emma is just lovely! We enjoyed crepes for breakfast from her lovely little cafe / horse box, I highly recommend the jam and cream crepes. It is literally across the road from Healeys cyder farm and my friends kid enjoyed it too, he got to sample some apple juices, see the animals and we all definitely enjoyed the tractor ride around the orchard. As we had a lot of stuff for the beach we got a taxi one day which was reasonable and easy to book, getting back was a bit more tricky but with it being peak season we didn’t mind the wait in the sun. The sunsets were also amazing!
