- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Single-sex bookings of 3 or more people (excluding couples) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Facilities/activities including arcade, adventure golf are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
- The outdoor swimming pool is open between 02/04 et 30/09 (subject to weather conditions).
- The bar and/or restaurant is open between 02/04 et 30/10.
- Entertainment and activities are available between 02/04 and 30/10.
- Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- A cable measuring at least 15 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
- A £10 cash refundable deposit is required for a key to the disabled toilet/shower facilities. Facilities are card only excluding the shop, bingo and arcade. All Bull Terrier and Mastiff breeds must be muzzled whilst on park. When using the swimming pool: - Children aged 0-3 must have one adult (16+) for each child. - Children aged 4-7 require one adult (16+) for every two children. - Competent swimmers aged 8-13 need adult supervision poolside; a lifeguard may request an adult to join them for a swim test. - Non-swimmers must be accompanied in the water by one adult for every two children. - Note: Entry will be denied if there are more than two children per adult.

Disliked: Lot of things closed, it's still not even middle of September so expected more to be opened. TV and WiFi very very poor.

All our facilities remain open in September, however the opening hours for some of our facilities may be decreased due to it being the end of our peak season, meaning we're less busy and are operating with a reduced staff. We're sorry to hear you weren't happy with the provided TV. We encourage guests to report any issues to reception during your stay and we will try our best to resolve them for you. Due to our large site, the Wi-Fi connection may be weaker in some areas of the park. This feedback has been passed along to our IT team, who are looking at solutions for providing more reliable internet connectivity throughout the site. Thanks again for your feedback! Liked: This holiday park was just perfect! All staff were lovely, helpful, kind and welcoming. The park was clean and well kept. The facilities were second to none with so much to do! And the entertainment was just brilliant! We had the best time. The pool is beautiful, and like being abroad! So well priced for such a great place in the best part of Cornwall! We’ll be back!

Liked: Second visit for us with a 9 year old, 6 year old, 4 year old and 1 year old. Entertainment is the main reason for return, along with the beautiful facilities. Showers/toilets are always well kept across the site. The pool is gorgeous, clean and heated! So much to do in the arcades, the park is huge and caters to all ages, huge sand pit next to the summer nights bar as well as a soft play. Kids can run off and play and will always be in site. We have camped all over since I was a little girl with my parents, to now with my children. This is the best family friendly campsite we have found.

Liked: Great site. Facilities were great. Site is spotless, always some about cleaning. All staff were friendly and helpful. Great base to visit Cornwall! Other reviews say about the lack of WiFi and phone signal, this really didn’t bother us, it was a blessing 🤣

Liked: This is a fab park with absolutely loads to do and in a great location for Newquay attractions- only a few minutes from Healeys cider farm and a few more minutes for Newquay beaches. The site was clean and tidy and the staff very helpful and friendly. The entertainment at the park was great and varied, there was loads to keep the kids entertained. The shop was well stocked and reasonably priced, and the food there was good
Disliked: The only thing that let our trip down was a pair of idiots camping near us who didn’t seem to understand that tents are a membrane thick and insisted on arguing and shouting at one another all night- then another idiot revving his engine at 4am the following night, you get them everywhere but it made it not as relaxing as we wanted!

Disliked: Not happy I couldn't take kids swimming you need to book and was fully booked for the week but when we looked at the pool it look empty
