Liked: Very clean site , ideal for a walk to Looe , wouldnt suggest the walk back but taxis and bus are frequent, nice little shop with every you could possibly need , atmospheric club house cant beat a good old game of bingo and a general knowledge quiz , only one gripe no hot water in the dish washing part of toilet block but toilets and showers were spotless all in all a nice camp site not sure what it would be like with kids running all over the place it was.mostly adults when we were there , see.you soon

Disliked: Cold water in wash up area

Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch (maximum 8 metres)

Liked: staff where great, on site facilities where good.

Disliked: Indoor pool you had to book a slot, weekends could understand but in september when there where no kids thought that was a bit off. The pitches where a bit sloped felt they where a bit on the small side.

Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch (maximum 8 metres)

Liked: Excellent location, nice walks into looe and Polperro, lovely views from site dependent on pitch allocation, staff very helpful, venue opening hours a little disappointing but that maybe because we visited out of season, lovely clean facilities, well stocked shop, says pet friendly but maybe not as friendly as we are used to (nowhere to sit in adverse weather for a beer with your pet) but overall a great place to visit

Disliked: Limited opening times of the facilities, not as pet friendly as we're used to.

Liked: Very flat pitches. Easy access to the site. Friendly staff

Disliked: Add signs to beginning of the turns eg pitches 50-60. Why cant there be a small area inside the clubhouse for dogs. Didn’t use it all! Real shame as it looked great!

Liked: A brilliant site , perfect for a visit to Looe, facilities were top notch. We had discovered a small leak on the roof where the solar panel cable went thro and on arrival I asked if they had a step ladder so I could investigate, within a 1/2 hour a warden appeared with a ladder and the problem was solved . Laundry facilities spot on . I would certainly recommend this site …

Non-electric grass pitch

Liked: We had a very nice stay the site was lovely and the staff were great. Free WiFi in the clubhouse a good shop and lovely free indoor pool. Clean toilets and showers and nice warm water.

Disliked: the only grumble was the sloping pitch which we weren’t advised about. Luckily we had chucks which helped otherwise it would have been an uncomfortable night! If it was cheap we probably wouldn’t have minded but it was over £50 for 1 night.

Liked: The site was very clean and well maintained. The toilet/shower blocks were plentiful and very clean. Entertainment was good for all ages including bingo every night and all reasonably priced. Well stocked shop on site.

Disliked: Sites were all close together mixed with tents and caravans.

Bike N Hike non-electric grass tent pitch (no cars, two person)

Liked: Facilities, location, walks. Cleanliness, staff, great shower and toilet block with intergrated wash up Facilities. Surrounded by lovely walks inc the coastal footpath. I had a very pleasant stroll to and from Looe approx 30 minutes. Ea. Way. The site is geared for family's.. however the is 'the meadow' which is a large field well kept for no serviced pitches. If camping then a little Ltd if you require a level pitch... but I'm being picky... as you also have all the holiday park facilities at grass root prices. Excellent.

Non-electric grass pitch

Liked: Speedy check-in and check out, nice large pitches. Our pitch was very close to the facilities, the toilets and showers were very clean. We arrived later in the day but still managed to get a spot for the swimming pool due to a very helpful member of staff from the swimming pool area. We only ate at the restaurant in the evening and the food was very good, entertainment was also good.

Oodles of activities and attractions await once you’ve dragged yourself off site: pootle around Looe’s Harbour Quay, Banjo Pier and the 16th-century Old Guildhall in East Looe, or take a boat to Looe (St George’s) Island, where just once a year on a very low tide it’s possible to stroll to it across the sand. Sea-based sightseers can go from Looe to Fowey and take the ferry to Polruan or Bodinnick and the former house of Daphne du Maurier (Daphne and Rebecca fans can also go ghost hunting at Cornwall’s legendary coaching house at Bodmin Moor, said to be the county’s most famous smuggling inn). Booking terms and conditions

Pitches

A cable measuring at least 20 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
At least one of the party members must be aged 25 or over.

Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

General

Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

General

Entertainment and activities are available between 01/04 and 06/11.

Extras

Entertainment passes are included in the rate.

General

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Changes to your holiday

Modifications are subject to a £25,00 (R579,32) fee.

Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Arrivals and departures

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

General

Quiet hours must be respected between midnight and 8:30 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

Reception

Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. between 07/11 and 31/03.
Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. between 01/04 and 06/11.

General

Refunds within the indicated cancelation period are only possible if the park is able to relet your unit/site.
The bar and/or restaurant is open between 01/04 et 06/11.
The grocery shop is open between 01/01 et 31/12.

Pool

The indoor swimming pool is open between 01/01 and 31/12.

General

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Occupancy

The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Admission

Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Vehicles

Units longer than 6 metres are not allowed.

Pitches

You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Additional terms

Balances are due 28 days before arrival. If not received the site reserves the right to re-let the unit without notice or charge a £20 late payment fee.

For security reasons all vehicles must have Dolphin Holiday badge/sticker prominently displayed.

Non-swimmers must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when using the swimming pools.
