Liked: Friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. Great location near Widemouth Bay and Bude. Lovely size for a short break, not too big and felt intimate and laid back. Great food in the cafe and shop is brilliantly stocked with the essentials as well as lots of great local produce.
Disliked: Pitch was quite boggy and marshy which was made worse due to heavy rain, but we noticed this only impacted our part of the field. Draining was in place there so it looks like this is an issue owners are aware of.

Liked: Very nice breakfast in the on-site cafe.
Disliked: In the 4 days we were there the toilet and showers were not cleaned properly, bin never emptied in the toilet and no paper towels to dry hands on, resulting in using toilet roll.

Liked: What an amazing little site. Even though it’s just off the road it’s so quiet and peaceful. We had 5G internet connection which seems impossible. We were a little late getting there to check in but the lovely lady owner was amazing and understanding. Due to the incredibly wet weather at the moment only the hard standing spots were available which suited us fine. The toilets and showers were spotless and lovely hot water at all times. The little cafe that was attached was amazing with great quality food. Breakfast and Lunch was brilliant and the staff were lovely. The little shop was well stocked with some nice little local peices and gifts and they even had a little camping shop so if you forget anything they have it. Great stay and will definitely go again 👏
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Liked: Nice location on a hill side, 7km from Bude, looking towards the coast. Facilities were adequate and clean. Farm shop and cafe on site, open 8am till 3pm while we were there. Bus stop right outside campsite (95) to Bude or Newquay. Staff we Mey were friendly and helpful, when we saw them.
Disliked: Initially on arrival campsite looked full but it appears most units were seasonal, and hardly anyone about during the time we were there. If its windy, site is quite exposed.
