Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked: We found the staff to be friendly and happy to help. The camping field was spacious and the site was peaceful. Toilet facilities were clean.
Disliked: Separate sinks for washing up would be helpful, or even a separate hot water tap to fill your bowl.

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked: This site will not be 5* for everyone, but it was just what we were looking for. We enjoy camping without bells and whistles and, respectfully, we like to be left alone. Jessamine Farm offered a spacious field where we could help ourselves to the perfect spot. The further we took ourselves the more the soft, green grass gave way to more spiky, wild grass with some lumps and bumps (we affectionately named "ankle breakers") but the land was mostly flat and perfect for our pitch. We had been welcomed on our arrival, and were greeted again after pitching to provide us with a fire pit and logs should we require them, but otherwise the owners were seen regularly but left us to our own thing (we had one further visit one evening to offer the kids some bubbles and mini torches, this was lovely and really pleased them). Facilities were kept perfectly clean at all times, we are used to VERY basic facilities so these felt like luxury to us - unisex toilets with 3 stalls, the toilet sinks do double as washing up facilities so this could get a little busy but we never had to wait long. The shower room was lovely and spacious, only one shower but we didn't have to wait long to use it, kept very clean. We loved the cockerel sounding his alarm periodically, the frogs giving their sing-song from the pond, and the bunnies playing quietly every morning. We enjoyed breakfast at the café next door, and trips to nearby Dymchurch and Rye. We'll definitely be back!
Disliked: We have no complaints, though we would suggest some hanging hooks in the toilets and sink areas would be useful

Electric touring caravan pitch
Liked: So peaceful and quiet. The staff couldn’t do enough, and there was always a smile on their faces. Struck gold with the weather over Easter weekend. No light pollution so both nights the skies were clear and we even saw a shooting star! Our kids absolutely loved it, especially the train track next door which we watched go round and round for ages. Stunning setting all in all and we truly felt welcome. Enjoyed it so much we ended up staying another night. We honestly cannot wait to come back. You guys are awesome!
Disliked: Only being nit picky here! We had difficulty finding it as signage for the site was hard to locate. We ended up going straight past and then had to go into new Romney to turn around, with a caravan on the back it wasn’t the easiest feat. There is a sign, but it only faces one way (not the way we were coming!) so maybe a signpost down the road for people coming from Brenzett/Appledore way. We bought the bits for a fire, which were decently priced for £5 for all of it. However we didn’t have much kindling, so our fire last about 20 minutes and then went out because it just wouldn’t catch.

Electric touring caravan pitch
Liked: Personal feel, friendly, very clean. We loved everything about this site. The team are fantastic and couldn’t do any more for us, they helped us set up, checked on us when passing, assisted us on departure after heavy rain during the night. This was our first trip away in our new to us caravan and I can honestly say had we not gone to this site I would probably be selling the caravan. We had a wonderful time and this was 100% down to the team at Jessamine Farm - thank you so much x

Liked: We were greeted with a warm welcome, due to the heavy rain from the storm, the pitch was water-logged so they offered an alternative parking space. Lovely little spot, very clean.

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked: Really lovely pitch, we chose the middle of the orchard and we were allowed to pick some of the fruit too! Toilets really clean and already look fab but will be amazing once finished. Shower was the perfect temperature and each press of the button was just the right length of time!
Disliked: We got so bitten by the bugs after dark- recommend insect repellent!
