Liked: The whole site was immaculately clean, the toilet block is amazing, you can even listen to music when having a shower or in trap 2. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The facilities in the village are also brilliant, especially the micro pub. Definitely go again.

Liked: Facilities excellent. Spacious site and well kept.
Disliked: Motorbike noise from main road. On Sunday 16/06/24. Needs police presence, as most Definitely breaking the speed limit, considerably.

From the manager: Thank you for the review, unfortunately, as we are situated adjacent to the main road A556 and also the A49 sometimes we do hear motorists misbehaving, however this is out of our control and a job for the Cheshire police. We are glad you found the site spacious and well kept and we look forward to seeing you again.

Liked: Lovely campsite with excellent facilities. The toilets and showers were like brand new! The campsite is next to a small leisure “village” with cafes, restaurant and micro brewery. There is also a few retail shops and even bike/segway hire and crazy golf for the more active visitors! We will definitely visit again.

Liked: Very clean and quiet site. Well run.
Disliked: The 09.15 wake up call I received by a very angry man from the campsite team on Saturday morning knocking very aggressively on my caravan door and demanding I move my car from where it was parked. This was after I had received instructions the day before that I could park there as long as I moved my car by 10 clock. Also didn't like the gate lock at 10pm every night so if you are later than this you can't enter the site and have to park outside.

From the manager: Thank you for your review. Due to the number of guests staying on site attending the Deleamere Concerts and with our barriers locking down at 10pm until 8am for security reasons, a last minute decision was made to allow cars to be parked outside the reception area until 10am the following morning and unfortunately the night time staff did not make the daytime duty staff aware of this. Please note there is a 24/7 emergency number which all guests are made aware on on arrival, in case someone needs to leave site between 10pm and 8am.

Liked: Excellent site now much improved by the addition of coloured gravel to cover the horrible black gravel which was a nightmare when wet. Plenty of space between pitches especially on the Gold pitches which are close to the immaculate Facilities block. Friendly and helpful staff always willing to oblige. Great antique shop and a craft beer pub selling smashing beers and lagers.
Disliked: Nothing - this site is exceptional.
