What customers say
Spacious, family-friendly spot with great pool & entertainment. Pods clean, staff friendly, beach handy. But loo/shower blocks need a spruce-up, some felt dated & grubby. Grub pricey for some.

Lovely staff but too few of them. Shame about the site.
Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Staff friendly and polite
Disliked The grass pitches need to have a separate water tap in their area as too far to keep filling barrels and then wouldn’t have to use the dirty toilet shower block which rarely or never gets cleaned. The whole site is looking run down and scruffy this goes for the bar area also.

Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Not much except the size of the pitch.
Disliked The VERY SMALL swimming pool to the ratio of visitors is to say the least, ridiculous. 4 days and I couldn't get a space for our grandchildren. We were advised to come early and stand in a queue for over an hour. I asked people how long they been waiting as, at my age cannot stand in a queue for that long without being in absolute agony and there where loads of grandparents who had their grandchildren with them at this site. To top it off, only a handful of people allowed in at a time. And worst is you only allowed to go in to swim for 45 minutes. Worth it....NO
The arcade soft play area, I was quite surprised with that however my grandson need the toilet and being too young (2yrs 9mnth) go in on his own, I accompanied him. The stench that hit my nostrils was wrenching my stomach. Even my grandson said, yuck this smells yucky.
I didn't take him in there, we went outside behind the buildings bushes. I'm NOT standing or allowing that little boy to stand in other people's urine and wet toilet paper under our shoes.
Seriously rethink the cleaning schedule as the one you using is NOT working.
I can honestly say, this IS the WORST campsite I ever stayed at.
Too many statics, caravans and motorhomes on this site for the entertainment, games, pool, well all areas really.
My grandchildren were disappointed and I now feel like the one that let them down.
Thanks for that.

Overall awful site!
Electric grass touring pitch
Liked A neighbour who we met that had en-suite shower and own toilet facilities kindly let us use it until she left. Lovely lady :)
Disliked The site in general is very commercialised , not organised at all. We didn’t get shown or told where we were staying and had a lot of confusion as to where we were meant to be. Personally I felt that we should have been taken and shown our pitch and told where waste, water, showers and toilets were. The map was outdated and incorrect that were given. The arcades are poor, just take take take !!!
The showers in the shower blocks were disgusting and dirty, the toilets never had toilet roll or hand soap. It was revolting to be honest. The men’s toilets had poo smeared all over them.
We had to go swimming to get a clean shower when our neighbour had gone!
The activities were extortionate so we didn’t book any as felt they were way too expensive.
Big groups of children hanging around and fighting and swearing constantly.
Never will return !!
No WiFi !!!

Friendly staff and site clean
Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Where it was, toilets never any paper. Never any soap at £50 a night I would expect some at least.

Wouldn’t go again unless new toilets / shower block
Electric hardstanding touring pitch (premium)
Liked Pitch size and entertainment-
Pool great
Disliked Showers and toilets were smelly and dirty- never saw any cleaners in there
No loo roll (that’s ok I can take my own) but more worrying no soap in any of the sinks! Just asking for an outbreak of norovirus
And the shower / toilet block quite a way away from the tourer pitches -
Surely it should be in the middle of the pitches and not in with the statics?
Food very expensive - £27 for 2 small breakfasts
Played bingo one night £30 for tickets
We were sat near the back in the room and could not hear the announcer as microphone distorted
Had no idea what game we were supposed to play missed out on some big prize
Money as we were playing the wrong cards really disappointing

Excellent site, great pitches , plenty to do
Electric hardstanding touring pitch (ensuite)
Liked Loved the en-suite facilities and the large plot with plenty of space for the children to make friends and play.
Lots to do on site so didn’t venture off and beach was an added bonus.
Staff were friendly and entertaining. Kids had a great time.
Disliked So pleased we had paid extra for en-suite as only visited toilet block once and this was enough would not have liked to be having to use them daily. I don’t blame staff who tried to keep on top of things feel that users of the facilities just didn’t tidy up after themselves and wouldn’t like to think they leave there own bathrooms in such a state.
Food and drinks overpriced which is hard when you are a family of 6

Great location, close to the beach. Poor hygiene and disgusting food
Camping pod
Liked Great location, close to the beach, felt safe and other residents were friendly.
Disliked Toilets and showers are not clean, some of the staff are arrogant.
Most disliked the food! Absolutely a scam! Overpriced low quality, uncooked or overcooked, orders are mixed up, not getting what asked for. Pictures on the menu totally misleading! We ordered a fish and chips and both received pieces of lemon which most likely was taken out of it's own grave! The full English breakfast was so disgusting, looked like someone had an accident on my plate. Would never eat at that place again.
