What customers say
Lovely, clean site with friendly staff and great views. Pitches are good with easy hook-ups. Secure gates are a plus. Expect a relaxed vibe, though toilets can be busy in peak season. Kids loved the animals.

Electric grass pitch
Liked What can we say. The most lovely accommodating hosts, who made you feel welcome and like friends. Lovely, clean family oriented camp site with great clean facilities. Animals in view to entertain the children, including a very charismatic donkey. We loved it so much, we are back in three weeks with our children in tow. Thank you Beth and Family!

Fantastic site with immaculate facilities and lovely owners!
Electric grass pitch
Liked Arrived Friday and was greeted by a lovely lady called Beth who was fantastic throughout our trip. Stag park is absolutely gleaming from top to bottom, toilets immaculate, showers immaculate and washing up facilities. Very well laid out grounds so you’re not on top of other campers plenty of room even with a big Berghaus air 600XL. The deer, goats and donkeys were a big hit with the little ones they loved them. Park is newly built and very well maintained. There is also a little shop on site that sells snacks, sweets, crisps, pop etc which is reasonably priced. Free WiFi also on the site which worked fab! We felt very safe and secure leaving our belongings while we headed to Hamsterly forest as the owners were regularly passing keeping on top of the cleaning and stock of the facilities. There is only 2 toilets on site but we never had an issue with this, even though the site was fully booked we never once had to wait for a toilet to become vacant. There isn’t anything negative I can say about stag park the whole experience was perfect start to finish and we will most certainly look forward to coming back again in the future.

Excellent site, thanks to Beth and Justin
Electric grass pitch
Liked Lovely site with large pitches
Great views
Immaculately maintained
Owners friendly and informative
Water and electric hookup at each pitch
Great children's play area
Lovely to see Keith the donkey, family of deer and geese in the adjacent field.
Disliked Shower/toilets could be better (portable units), owners negotiating with local council.
Having said that, they are kept spotlessly clean and attended to several times a day.

Lovely site, with friendly team.
Electric grass pitch
Liked Lovely, small and flat site with easy access. Very friendly and helpful team, often around maintaining the site. Lovely views across the countryside, plus deer, goat and donkey kept alongside. Cross Keys pub serving super food in nearby Hamsterley. Enjoyed our stay very much.
Disliked Only downside was portacabin loos and showers. Kept very clean and hot water in showers ok, but a bit small and cramped.

Liked Such a beautiful site, we had a fantastic weekend. Owner was very friendly & helpful on arrival. Our kids loved the park & the animals in the next field ! Toilets were lovely & clean! Loved the fact we had our own private plot with picnic table. We had our tea outside both nights. WiFi an absolute bonus for the kids! Will definitely recommend to friends & visit again! Thank you so much 😊 10/10
