What customers say
Great spot, a minute from the beach, very chilled. Toilets/showers are clean, though some say water temp/pressure could be better. Pitches are big, owners are lekker. No WiFi though, and a bit basic on site. Managers are fixing showers and being flexible.

Bell tent (no pets)
Liked The bell tent was amazing, well equipped, cozy, good location.
The site itself was perfectly positioned near the beach and village.
Easy and stress free.
Disliked To really make this site 10/10 and upgrade to the toilet and shower facilities is needed.
They did the job and weee cleaned regularly but for if you were to stay for longer than a a weekend the experience could negatively effect the overall stay.

Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Nice level, mowed pitch with stunning views of the Norfolk countryside and lots of wildlife. Access to the fantastic beach was just across the track and over the sand dunes. The setting is just to die for with some good weather. The owner was very communicative and responsive to some challenges that arose.
Disliked Although the owner had made every effort with the supply of a new toilet and shower block, just two showers and two toilets were insufficient for the number of people camping. Also, the toilets were either blocked, frequently had no toilet paper, or were without light (and had no windows!). We supplied hand soap in each toilet as none was provided. The showers were just about warm but, were tiny, with no room to get changed. I know the facilities are a work in progress and there’s clearly a way to go yet.
Wifi signal is exceptionally poor, so be prepared! It’s impossible to get the weather forecast, news, or research local restaurant opening times, or local activity information.

From the manager: Thank you for your comments the toilets blocked is because we’re are in holding tanks and they were but I resolved the problem within the hour and the tanks emptied same day . Toilets rolls yes to start were an issue as because 8 rolls a day and if I put more out they get stolen so I resolved this by replacing with a dispenser and was not an issue again . Toilets lights are on solar and we are getting another battery fitted for back up .thank you for hand wash as i putting a new one out most days and now getting a dispenser fitted for that so solves the issue .
Next year there will be urinals for gents so toilets and showers will be more than enough for less than 20pitches I did give you money back as you left early as your friend was going and as a good will gesture and also I let you park an extra car for the duration of your stay which should have been an extra £5 a day as stated on pitch up . You collected several plastic drums from the beach then left for me to dispose off as your properly aware these are difficult to dispose of .
