Lovely meadow walk. down the lane just before the beach turn left. you will see the sign post.

The coastal path is a bit precarious. we stuck to the inland path.

Dog friendly beach. happy pup, happy owners :-)

Liked: Fabulous place and so peaceful. Very local t the beach and very dog friendly. Toilet facilities are superb, very clean and I enjoyed the music playing in there

Liked: Lovely clean site with amazing views of the lighthouse and church. Close proximity to the beach and walks by the sea or through the village. Facilities were great; water points at each electric hook up and lovely showers, toilets and washing facilities. It was also handy to have a shop on site. We will be back!

Liked: Good size pitches nicely kept. Very clean shower & toilet block, washing up area and other facilities. Also very handy having drinking water taps all over the site. Staff very helpful and friendly. Handy little shop with essentials. Lovely circular walks starting close by.

Liked: Nice surrounding countryside and beach. Friendly staff. Level pitches.

Disliked: Too close to other campers. Shower blocks and toilets need extra attention. Shop too expensive.

Liked: Very well organized campsite. Modern and well-kept facilities. Shop with the most necessary products on site. Wonderful and helpful field service. Great location with a view of the old church and lighthouse, and also a short walk from the beach.

Liked: The greeting and being able to choose a pitch even at a busy time on the park. Everywhere was clean and well kept and plenty of hot water. A great site for nearby coast, fens and gardens. The night sky was a bonus.

The knowledgeable Manor Caravan Park know their stuff when it comes to things to see and do locally too: one particular recommendation is East Ruston Old Vicarage Garden, five minutes’ drive away, with acres’ worth of lushly maintained gardens and garden statuary. Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

General

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.

Changes to your holiday

Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

General

Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.

Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

Reception

Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Occupancy

Single-sex bookings of 2 or more people (excluding couples) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Vehicles

The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.

General

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Dogs

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

Vehicles

Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
