Liked: Friendly, helpful staff Neat and tidy site close to the bus stop and a lovely walk into Stratford along the river Avon.

Disliked: Toilet block is quite dated and could do with upgrading, the majority of pitches are sloping so chocks are a definite requirement. The onsite shop had very restricted opening hours. Site was quite expensive in comparison with others of the same quality of facilities.

Liked: Excellent wardens friendly and helpful. We were meeting friends and arriving late so they allowed us to pay the following morning. Pitched next to friends with no problems. Lovely clean showers and toilets. Will definitely return

Liked: Good location. Good facilities. Helpful staff. We had a problem with the van and people were eager to help.

Disliked: It would be nice if there was a straight walk from the site to Luddington , thus avoiding the busy road.(This is not the fault of the site. )

Liked: Bus stop outside the camp site, ideal to get into Stratford upon avon. Small campsite, clean and tidy. Showers nice and hot. Would use again. Friendly staff.

Liked: Great location to get into Stratford-upon-Avon with a bus stop outside the site. Lovely welcome and everything you need for a comfy stay.

Disliked: Toilet and showers could do with updating or decorating. Would benefit from a good clean. A drive over drain for motorhome grey waste would be an upgrade.

Liked: A lovely quiet site Lovely dog field ,plenty room to exercise them . The showers were brilliant lots of power ☺️ Would definitely book again if passing and bring the dog for the dog field 🐾

Disliked: Friendly staff as we arrived , offered to open shop up if we wanted anything , didn’t like to a say yes, as we felt we would feel obliged to buy something . Didn’t look like much in stock , just basics ( probably could do with arrival desk in shop ) Didn’t like crossing the road for the bus stop , the cars vans etc go very fast past . Could do with an island or something especially for the older end crossing there . The toilet block is a tad dated but was clean with plenty showers and toilets

Many companies offer cruises along the Avon, but to save pennies take a trip on the old chain ferry for 20p, or stay on land and take the mile and a quarter route along the Avon for views of the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Shakespeare’s burial place Holy Trinity Church and the Memorial Theatre Gardens. Scores of other walks can be had in the Cotswolds, the biggest Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in England, with miles’ worth of footpath and bridleways broken up by small villages and market towns. The Cotswold Way runs 102 miles south from Chipping Campden to Bath and passes many historical houses and churches. After Warwick Castle, families can have a day out at the Ragley Hall Estate to get lost in the 3D maze, or go to Kenilworth Castle with its kids' audio trail covering the history of the castle and the lovelorn Robert Dudley who built it in the 16th century to impress Queen Elizabeth I. Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

Occupancy

Group bookings of 10 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
Group bookings of 3 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
