What customers say
A spotless, tranquil, well-kept adult-only park in lovely surroundings. Guests rave about friendly staff, great facilities (pool, restaurant) and generous pitches. Minor gripes: a key deposit for toilets and a pool charge, with some showers needing regular pushes. No campervan conversions without side windows.

I would rate this 5 star more 3 star
16-amp fully-serviced gravel and hardstanding touring caravan pitch
Liked The space on the pitch, seeing the fish in the lake. Loved it being a adults only site. Site restaurant was very nice. The girls serving was excellent and Very helpful.
Location was good to visit shrewsbury. We were a party of 6 and we were grateful to be located next to each other. Great places to visit near by. We went on a boat trip, went to the prison and the British iron works
Disliked Toilets dated. Even though they were clean. Some water in the showers stayed on longer than others, to be honest for a 5star site it didn't wow me.
Used the laundry facilities and it needed a deep clean inside. Didn't stated how long you got for the £2 in the dryers.
Wasn't over impressed with the pool considering it was an extra payment. The site workers went around the site on transport a little fast.. considering you were on a fully serviced pitch it looked no different to a season pitch. No colour on the park(bright flowers) just to make this stand out as a 5 star.

Liked The checkin staff are lovely and the site is well kept.
The bar & restaurant had a good menu & service - steak night in a Wednesday was good value and we enjoyed our meal.
The pool was ok - it’s not huge & pretty cool in temperature, the changing area is very basic but it was nice to have a swim after a long drive . The sauna was not working.
We were pitched between 2 caravans who had massive awnings up - it felt very tightly spaced.
A 15-20min walk to the village which didn’t have much to offer other than a bus stop to get into Shrewsbury. The local pub is only open a few days a week and for limited hours .
The is a mainline Trainline running close by and was very loud - I would not want to have stayed any longer than our 2 nights.
 Disliked Train noise
Lack if promised sauna
Push button showers that were 10second timed
Having to have a key for the facility block & pay a deposit for it
Tight spaced pitches

From the manager: Thank you for your comments.
Unfortunately, the key system is essential as we have had previous issues with non residents taking advantage of the facilities.
