Liked: Absolutely amazing touring pitches, we stayed fully serviced, beautifully clean and every where very tidy. Gluten free options on menu and chef was happy to speak to us which is such a relief and checked ingredients of products used. 100% recommend staying :)

Liked: all of the staff were very helpful and friendly, they answered any questions we had. the pod itself was very clean and kept tidy was perfect for me and my partner. the toilet / shower block was also up to standard everything was clean and was regularly checked upon while we was there. the cafe was very good too , reasonable pricing and worth the money for the quality of food , cakes ect fishing lakes are amazing plenty of different types of fish , lots of different areas you can go fish. lots of area to walk around too , even a little play park area

Disliked: On-site pub/restaurant stopped serving food at 4pm on the Sunday and BH Monday that we stayed which makes no business sense with a full site booked for the Newfoundland event.

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

General

A state-issued fishing license is required (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 2 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

Extras

Facilities/activities including Fishing are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

Firearms are not permitted.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Pitches: a £10,00 (R230,71) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys
Please note, pup tents are to be used for storage purposes only. Guests may not use them for sleeping.

General

Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
Refunds within the indicated cancelation period are only possible if the park is able to relet your unit/site.

Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

The fishing lakes are stocked with Carp, roach, ide, perch, tench, barble and F1.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Dogs
