Liked: Great little site which accommodates a small number of tents and caravans so even when it was full this weekend it wasn’t crowded. Great size pitches which allowed our tent, porch and car to fit on and the pitches are flat!! The children loved fishing in the pond on site and there was a field behind that usually has horses but didn’t this weekend so was opened up to let the kids play in so the had loads of space. Peter was very friendly and helpful and gave us information about walking down to the village etc. We sampled 2 of the pubs in the village which were only a 20min walk away. There are shops in the village should you need them and takeaways if you choose. We visited Cleethorpes Beach which was a 15min drive away and has a bit at the end that is dog friendly. More pubs, shops and a great fish and chip shop there too! On site there are 2 toilets and 1 shower each which were cleaned regularly, and one washing up station. We never really queued to use these as it’s not a massive site so doesn’t require anymore. Showers were hot and you didn’t need to keep pressing a button to keep them on! Electric hook up is 16amp for everyone so when we said we had paid for the higher electric on pitch up, Peter told us it was all the same! Not the sites fault. Just pitch up needs updating. As with pitch sizes. They are lots bigger than pitch up says! Plenty of space between pitches and everyone was considerate of each other with noise. Not having to check out until 2pm also meant a relaxed morning before packing away. A lovely friendly site that we would definitely go back to again.

Liked: Fantastic site. Clean facilities. Great location for a stroll into the village or a drive out to to the seaside . Flat, spacious pitches surrounded by farmland. Lots of horses to see and a fishing lake for a spot of fishing - the grown up boys loved it as much as the younger boys!! A very friendly/dog friendly site , we stayed August bank holiday weekend and it was such a great bunch of campers everyone was chatting and friendly. A special mention to Peter the warden who was such a lovely man, chatting to everyone, keeping the facilities tidy and always on hand for any questions or for any local information- a credit to prospect farm!
Disliked: Nothing to dislike ! Like others have mentioned maybe a tent sign added to the caravan sign as we drove past too and wasn't sure where to go on arrival but wasn't a big issue as soon realised where the pitches were.

Liked: This has honestly been a lovely relaxing weekend. Prospect Farm were trialling tents this weekend for the first time and it was a resounding success. Peter, the warden, was brilliant. Always on hand to answer questions and refill toilet paper! The toilets and showers were as clean as could be considering the weather. You can do as little or as much as you want. We went to see the Humber Bridge and Cleethorpes. Fish and chips on the pier and a sit on the beach. The Sunday enjoyed the sunshine and a pub lunch. Highly recommend the Jug and Bottle. It is so relaxed that you can stay on site until 2.30pm latest so easy to tidy up and clear away. The site was clean and everybody was friendly. It was very flat too.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike. Maybe now diversifying into tents rather than just caravans may need to consider another toilet block as tents don’t tend to have those facilities like caravans. And a massive stock of toilet paper! As has been said the sign may need updating if the tents are going to carry on - which I truly hope they will.

Liked: Nice flat field set on a beautiful farm! Lovely little walk around the land - including horses and a fishing pond! Pete was extremely friendly, came to talk to us as we arrived, gave us a note regarding the electric fence and water as we had children with us in our group. Really friendly & welcoming feel to the site! We got a take away delivered one night & ventured into cleethorpes (15 minute drive!) a huge Tesco 10 minute drive away for essentials - had everything we needed! Fishing permit -£6 for the day / £10 for the weekend I believe- thought could have been week! Toilet facilities / drinking water and washing up area at the front. Always had hot water to wash up with!! Would absolutely recommend!!!
Disliked: Only feedback here is, The sign as you come into the site only signposts for caravans - meaning we (and others we spoke to!) drove up to the main house. Maybe just alter the sign. The toilet / shower facilities- could definitely do with another shower and sink (1 in both male / female sections) Some information on the pitch up page was misleading (twin axles/ fishing information). One of our party rang to confirm the twin axle vehicle policy after seeing photos on the pitch up page. (they tow a twin axle caravan on the back of a van). A lady implied they wouldn’t be allowed to stay as ‘that’s what travellers do’. When she then said she couldn’t put her third child’s details in - again ‘travellers have three children’ HOWEVER - there were multiple vans on the field & lots of twin axle caravans.

Liked: Amazing location. Quiet, friendly and really lovely touches like anti-bac spray in the toilets. Peter the warden is a really lovely man and very helpful. This has been a wonderful stay! Thank you so much.
Disliked: Didn’t dislike anything but a little suggestion, which would make it helpful for first time visitors, is to maybe add a sign for tents or just a general ‘camping’ as we drove past the field as the sign pointing to the field says ‘Caravans’. A lot of places that is separate to the tent field and as you can’t see until you turn into it or turn back to face it you can’t see tents.
