Lydney is about 5/10 mins away if you need a big shop but small well stocked shop on site. An exemplary campsite with excellently maintained facilities.
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Really amazing pitch sizes. The pitches are spaced well and limited, so it doesn’t feel like everyone is pitched on top of each other.
Bathroom facilities were excellent, modern and clean. Fire pits available to hire for a very reasonable cost.
Beautiful views across the fields

Really enjoyed this location and it’s facilities!
Electric optional grass pitch
Liked Clean, compact site with friendly owner. Plentiful hot water and modern facilities. A couple of pubs and local shops in walking distance (sensibly priced “essentials” available in reception). Loads of nearby forest trails to chose from.
This should be a blueprint for other sites (yes, it is that good!). Ps 140 channels from our portable tv aerial set up and a decent 5g signal (EE)
