What customers say
This neat, level gravel site behind the Thames Head Inn gets thumbs up for friendly staff, great grub (loads of it!) and a chilled vibe. Perfect for Cotswolds exploring and walks. Single loo/shower a bit tight, but ace for short breaks, especially with the pub attached.
Summary AI-generated from Pitchup.com customer reviews

Small easily accessible but expensive site with a good pub.
Electric gravel touring pitch (large)
Liked Flat, lovely central clean green area with benches, respectful guests, small site, clean toilet shower room, beautiful walks, and next to pub which did very tasty food. Great for one night.
Disliked Expensive considering - main road running the other side of the fence, no price change for eating in the pub (40pp) like some venues, one bathroom for all, water point a little difficult to access with a vehicle (10m hose JUST reached with a few moves) and no WiFi. Wouldn't stay longer than a night owing to cost.

Electric gravel touring pitch (small)
Liked Great stopover campsite - when you arrive park in pub and go inside to be told where your pitch is - campsite is around the back on the right. Book ahead for food which is well worth it - lovely meal but it is popular as people were being turned away - lovely and welcoming staff

A lovely site for a 1nt Stopover or a few days. (We stayed 4 days)
Electric gravel touring pitch (large)
Liked Popular Pub, Small site 12 hard standing ehu, grey waste,w/c waste, drinking water. Road & Rail nearby but quiet at night so not an issue.
Disliked Only 1 w/c & shower, unfortunately both in same room! Other w/c's in pub. But Motorhome's/caravan's have their own bathrooms so not a problem. An upgraded w/c & shower block would be an improvement to this lovely little site.

Liked Nice little site staff in the pub were very friendly and welcoming ,young lady who showed us to our pitch was a credit to the site.facilities were more than adequate
Little bit of a tight turn into the site via the pub car park to bear in mind if you have a large caravan
Disliked Road was very noisy and sounded like a race track most eves but that’s not the sites fault I’ve added that we wouldn’t stay again but definitely would if it wasn’t for the road ,the review isn’t a reflection of the site itself as that is great
