Liked: Beautiful view, 3 different fields to choose from, able to have an open fire, Jade was a friendly and attentive host without being overbearing, great pub nearby.

Liked: Stayed here for one night and could not fault it. Campsite is very basic, however exactly what we needed/wanted for a one night stay. Portaloo, sink and clean drinking water available - all kept clean/tidy at all times. The site was in the most beautiful location with amazing 360 views and only a short walk away from a pub. Not too far from other villages, walks and hikes which made it the perfect location for us. Jade, the manager, was very welcoming and attentive and made sure everything was ok with our stay and checked if there was anything we needed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back, thank you very much.

Liked: Absolutely beautiful spot, very peaceful and tranquil and plenty of wildlife. The owners were so friendly, especially Jade. We were made to feel so welcome. All pitches were perfectly spaced out and no overcrowding at all. It is a basic campsite but this is something we particularly look for when booking and is our personal preference so it ticked all the boxes for us personally. The views were spectacular and there was a short walk to a local pub which was a nice treat. Logs and kindling can be purchased on site and they’re very reasonably priced. We also had full signal including 4G the whole time just incase anybody is concerned about that. We will definitely be back. Thank you again for having us!

Liked: Great campsite in a perfect location for the Peak District. We went as a group of climbers and were perfectly located to the crags. The host Jade was very attentive to everyone’s needs. The facilities were ideal. Would definitely go back.
