Location. Lovely, picturesque setting, close to local supermarkets and local beaches etc.

Unfortunately, I chose a very busy time! Dizzied by a constant flow of cars to and from the short distance to the toilet facilities (!?) and woken in the middle of the night by the arrival of an ancient, noisy, camper van which decided to park inches from my tent, headlights blazing , engine chugging, whilst the four occupants deliberated loudly whether they should stay or leave! Fortunately, much to my relief, following what felt like an eternity of noisy debate, they decided to leave but it disturbed any hope I had of a peaceful night's sleep!

This is my experience of the site and I'm sure that, on a different day, it would have been far more pleasant, but I arrived on a Sunday evening where a sign told me to choose my own pitch. The site was moderately busy but plenty of areas away from other campers. Struggled with a flatter area but not the end of the world. Unfortunately, once pitched, the surrounding families were disgusting. Foul language from not only the adults but also the young children (10 and under), shouting and a blatant disregard for anyone around them. I took a walk around the rest of the site but it was pretty noisy everywhere. There didn't seem to be any policing of the site and no one enforced the noise in the evening rule so the site didn't fall quiet until well after dark and the racket started up again early in the morning with more sweating and screaming.
Unfortunately, £25 for a solo camper for what is a very basic site with dated facilities is a lot of money. During the same week I stayed at Didwell Farm for £10 (great site with fantastic facilities and also Higher Easton Farm for £15 (basic but great facilities).
Wouldn't take a lot to get this site to a slightly higher standard, and if you're going to charge this money you really need to be present and police the site you're charging for.

Cheap convenient site clean toilets and shower block all you need for cheap stay and taxi into port is 7.00 each way

Great facilities, beautiful views and friendly owner. The bell tent was great.

Not very well functional place campers can vote and go nobody checked your availability. As if they font care.
Toilets are cleaned much maybe only once a day.
Site go whereever hou went. The top field smells a little so stay in the bottom field.
