We really liked this campsite. It was quiet and relaxed. The grounds where beautiful and the pond area was very peaceful. The toilets where clean and well stocked. The owners where also lovely and very helpful. Although the charging point for phones seemed to not be working it wasn't a big deal (my teenage son would disagree lol). I would definitely visit again and recommend it to friends.
There are fabulous transport links with a bus route running fairly often with a ten minute walk from the bus stop to campsite. All they really need is a rope swing for the kids to enjoy and it would be 10 out of 10

Further from a corner shop or convenience store but other than that there's nothing I would highlight as a bad point.

Small campsite, with good facilities and very friendly owners.

10:30 checkout can be difficult when you have young children.

We loved the small, quiet site. The facilities were clean. We made good use of the kitchen area for cooking whilst it rained. Close to Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks. Good phone service if needed.

There wasn't anything we disliked.
