Stunning campsite, in a beautiful location, filled with endless walks. The facilities are cleaned daily to a very high standard, organized recycling system and clear labelling of everything you could need (kettle, microwave etc.) - large washing up area which is super convenient and lovely hot showers! The owners are very welcoming and friendly - cannot fault a thing, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay :)

The staff could not have been more helpful, the site was fantastic. The facilities were clean, house standard, and they remained that way throughout our stay.

We found the staff approachable for support on where best to pitch our tent, advice on camping as we were first timers.

Our children enjoyed the football goal on site, as well as the playground . The local wildlife were also very friendly.

The site was well positioned with fantastic views around, close to local amenities and interesting local attractions.

The site was peaceful with clear respectful notices of expected behaviours. It was lovely to see the steps taken to help recycling.

Kirsty was very friendly and had good recommendations. We loved the setting and the facilities were fantastic - clean and in good working order. Really reasonably priced and easy to get to! Definitely will recommend to others and will happily book again.

Excellent value for money!! Great clean fertilities, toilets, showers and disabled toilet and shower cubicle.
Fridge freezers, microwave, kettle. They even have an on-site takeaway cafe selling hot/cold drinks breakfast and burgers. Helpful and friendly staff! 12pm checkout great for needing to let the tent dry out before packing up.

Honestly don’t have any and we haven’t camped for some years.

It's a lovely farm, with great views and a nice pond. Fire pits are made available around the camp and benches. The pitches were nice too, with nice grass. Even though it was wet it wasn't muddy and sloshy, as cars park in the car park. The washing up area was good, with lots of space to wash up!

It was quiet due to the weather, the toilets and showers were okay but as they only clean twice a day, it wasn't great when going for an evening shower. There is a noise curfew at 10pm, which they can't enforce. We were unlucky enough to have out first night next to 3 self entitled lads, who had their music on loud and were chopping down trees to keep their fire going at 2am. I'm surprised the farm owners didn't hear this. I went down to the opposite end at the bathrooms and I could hear them loudly from there.

A very clean & friendly little site - it is remote but set in a lovely peaceful location. You can walk into Monmouth via the Offa's Dyke Path and depending on your walking ability this can take 1 - 1&1/2hr.

The site is undulating but from what we saw the actual pitches are mostly level and very well maintained - there is a large pond in the middle and you will get visits from the ducks who live on site.

It is certainly a site for those who want some peace & quiet - BT WiFi does show as available but it is not great and jumps in / out, Phone Signal can also be hit & miss.

Plenty of exploring to be done as you are close to the Forest of Dean & Symonds Yat areas and by car Brecon is also more than doable.

The facilities on the site were immaculate - checked / cleaned routinely, plenty of hot water and one of the best camp site showers we have had. There is a covered area that has a kettle, toaster, microwave, small fridge and fridge / freezer available for all. Two large sinks for dish washing - bowls provided and a further two sinks in the next block.
Chemical Toilet disposal available and a large number of bins all clearly marked for recycling.

On a lot of the pitches, and around the site, are large picnic benches and oil drum BBQs - you can get wood from the site office.

All in all a very pleasant visit - the staff were brilliant and we would have this on our list for sites to return to.

If you do wander down into Monmouth we recommend the The Green Dragon pub - had a lovely hour or two avoiding the storms ;-)

The location was lovely - lots of trees, a (fenced off) pond with ducks and moorhens, and a lovely view. There was a small playground for children. The facilities were good and very clean. I liked that there was a kitchen area with a kettle, microwave and fridge for campers. Our group had a tent and camper and we were able to camp together.
