Receptionist started our experience off with a warm positive welcome. She was so lovely and friendly.

We stayed in the Larch camping Pod with was so spacious for 2x adults and 2x 11year olds.

Loved that there was grass each side of the pods and plenty of space for the kids to run around and play.

There was plenty of spaces for cars to park, toilet facilities were brilliant, kids said the best showers every.

There was a communal fire pit and once lit brought all the campers together.

All in all a successful camp trip and and we all loved it.

Only thing we would say was that the toilets didn't have enough loo roll in the holders. You have to check before going in.

Clean toilets and showers, hot and cold washing up facilities. We all had a great time, will be back.

Toilets weren't monitored regularly enough so lack of cleanliness on Sunday, reported issues to reception but wasn't rectified until Monday
Needs toilet blocks checked more regularly and shop needs stocking with logs, basic camping gear etc

The site was in the perfect location for us - a comfortable walk from Bicester Heritage. The lakes area of the site is lovely to just walk around even if you don’t fish. Set on a quiet back road, traffic noise is not a problem. The facilities onsite are excellent, and the site is not so large that there are too many people waiting to use them.

Staff were excellent and always helpful. Sophie was incredibly accommodating and Zoe was a godsend when it came to suggestions on days out. Toilets were clean and always had enough loo roll. Campsite was quiet, had lovely walks and was only a short distance from Bicester and surrounding areas. Reception contained washing machine and dryer, as well as options for hot drinks, bubbles, ice creams, etc.
